I was at the start of a 5 day snowmobile trip when I blew my track apart on the Sunday. I came to Jean Morneau Monday morning in hopes that they could somehow help me.They changed my track and had me back on the trail by noon the same day.I've never seen service like this. Unreal dealership.

Stopped in to buy a pair of snowmobile boots, had great service picking out a new pair of boots. In the meantime, one of the Polaris in our group was having mechanical problems. We asked the Ski-Doo dealer if he could look at the Polaris which they did. Ended up being a bad crank seal. The manager must have spent an hour-and-a-half on the phone trying to line up a rental truck so we could get the sled back home to Portland Maine without ruining the rest of the snowmobile trip. This is going above and beyond good service. Thank you Jean Morneau Ski-Doo and all your fantastic employees that saved our trip.

June 8, 2016, I discovered I needed a rear tire desperately for my K1200LT. I was 280 Kms from the store. I spoke with Israel Bourgeois. He immediately took control of the situation, called me back in 5 mins and said he had the tire and could service the bike as soon as I was there. It was still raining when I arrived in the afternoon, they changed the oil, and the tire in less than an hour, they offered to store my bike over nite, recommend a great hotel and the price was more than reasonable. This shop had a team, 4 or 5 of the staff spoke with me at various times, it was an incredible experience, if you need a bike shop that knows how to handle customers, this is the place. J’ai acheter la deux machines neuves en 2018 la première balade qu’on a fais on na rester en panne tout les deux on na marcher 2h45 dans le bois diagnostic de la panne machine mal préparer plein de chose pas vérifier trop presser de faire $$$$ et passer à un autre client et il avais plus que le double d’huile dans le moteur je me suis astiner avec eux pour sois qui prolonge la garantie il a jamais voulu trop chère pour eux et voilà ce que je craignais mes machine coule de partout prendre d’huile comme un panier pu jamais je vais remettre les pieds la !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
