Jason and his team are amazing!! Not only do they keep our complex looking good, they make our clubhouse super clean and keep it running smoothly. They are always available to help meet with contractors and service people. Jason is really handy himself! Jason and his team were amazing to deal with. I had them work on my balcony prior to move-in. However, the job I had for them was bigger than initially estimated. They scrubbed the balcony twice, though the quality was not up to their standard and they came in on a third separate occasion to pressure wash it. This was all done proactively and without any prompting from me. If you want a good job done, have Jason and his team handle it!
