Walmart Photo Centre

I went there for passport photos and the service was very quick so I have no complaints other than the fact it looks like you are stepping into a warehouse because Walmart has decided to make half the room look like one.

I was going in around 10:50 and this lady that works there named Hilary was very rude she was following us and telling us to get out because they where closing, even tho there was many people in the store and not just us.I really felt attacked and was not happy with the customer service as it was rude and uncalled for!!

Got photos printed fast and helpful staff

I've had a good experience when ordering standard 8x10 photos but when it came to ordering a 9x12 calendar it was a struggle. The store and staff are great but the online app is terrible!!I formatted all my photos to fit and uploaded 12 images for the months plus a cover. When the layout appeared, the app takes 3 of the photos randomly, crops one into portrait mode and then stacks 2 reduced landscape photos next to it to make a cover - totally ignoring the cover I made!I had to delete the images the program chose and then drag my cover into the front. It doesn't automatically snap to fit you you have to resize the photo. Also, the resizing function is not locked so the image can be accidentally stretched horizontally or vertically which distorts it!! It also can hang over the edges which is frustrating!The app is not intuitive and I had to restart my project 3 times to get what I wanted (hopefully it will turn out). After saving the project and placing an order which took about an hour, I decided to order an extra calendar. Although you can't add to an existing order, I thought it would be a simple process to place a reorder. Nope! Saving an order means they only keep your photos on file but not the layout.This is incredibly stupid!! With all the time it takes to create the layout because of the lousy software Wal-Mart uses, you would think they would at least save the project so you could simply recall it and select the number of copies you'd like to reorder. I hope someone at Wal-Mart reads this and fixes the problem.I would rate ordering regular photos 5 star but the calendar experience zero hence my 3 star average on this review.

I honestly wouldn’t go to a different photo centre: every time I’ve been here it’s been a great experience and the staff are super accommodating and easy to talk to.I will always recommend them.

Its good and easy to use!
