We are drywall contractors and use this company for small orders and we been working for less than 2 months… we usually need than 2,3 times weekly in the first 3 orders they were really solicitors and very good end after that all the orders aways issues, they leave the material outside of the place we had asked on top of the mud and sometimes on top of the snow, if there’s a pc of stone they don’t wanna delivery the material, aways excuses, they never delivery on time, really tired and disappointed with this company.

Placed a drywall order, money taken from my credit card immediately, no materials delivered and was told I have to wait 5-7 business days to get my money back. It is obvious that small businesses aren't valued the same as their larger clients. Samantha and the other CSRs like Brett are awesome hence the 2 stars. Being a small business and not getting materials that were paid for with trades waiting is unacceptable and can have negative financial, schedule and reputational impacts ... severely disappointed.

Hey everyone, I live in Vancouver and have dealt with this company and I would say the drivers are pretty hardworking but the management team has no sense as how to process and assign the task properly. Sometimes they would mess up the order and blame it on the driver as it happened to my order once. Specially that rude Sim supervisor guy has absolutely no sense how to talk to clients. I have discovered that the working environment is not safe for the guys who work for this company and I also work with government agencies on regular basis like work bc and business bureau and I came to know the biiibo management guys are harassing their drivers and most of the times when drivers come out for deliveries they are sad. I just wanted to shed light on this issue as to be careful because someone else might be paying the cost of these cheap deliveries whenever you order them. Overall experience not good.

I ordered a bunch of building material from Biiibo. Delivery charges and product charges were cheaper than Home Depot. Their service is excellent. You can track where the driver is so you know exactly when your material will arrive. The drivers were all extremely polite.I also had to return material that I didn't need. They picked it up. Super efficient and easy to deal with. I will certainly use them again for my next project. What a great service! Keep up the good work.

Was really lucky to find Biiibo….their prices are comparable or less than the big box stores with reasonable and flexible delivery times and prices. Bilal from the sales team was beyond helpful every step of the way. He was always available by phone or text message and made getting quotes and scheduling delivery extremely easy and fast. Highly recommend Biiibo.

Delivery was to take place Saturday and was scheduled for Saturday no one showed up, no one made contact to let me know there was an issue. If you need to relay on someone Biibo is not it.

Biiibo Inc. provided all top quality materials and a wide selection of products. I will definitely use Biiibo Inc. on my next project!

I have to admit I was very apprehensive about ordering lumber online as everyone in friend circle was warning me against it. But based on some reviews and fact that I have a small car and the only option for me was to rent a vehicle and pick it from a big box store myself.Long story short I went ahead and ordered lumber for a small deck build.....and I got the ordered delivered at promised time, delivery team was friendly and above all lumber was perfect. I would always go for biiibo as first choice and I sincerely hope they continue to maintain their quality in terms of service and quality of goods as there are lot of people like me who want to avoid the hassle of picking large/heavy items and carrying them from big box store...keep up the good job biiibo...

My order arrived very quickly! The supplier made a mistake and sent me one door in a different size from what I ordered - twice. But wouldn’t dock any stars as Biiibo was very quick to resolve and made sure I received the right door the following day. Just felt bad for the delivery person who had to drive to Hamilton and was still provided the wrong door. Thanks to the team for being very responsive as well. I’m happy I found Biiibo and will continue using the app as it makes it easier to find everything I need in one place. Gotta love good start up companies! It was so difficult to get all the door sizes I needed from just one hardware store. I could have special ordered but was told my order may not arrive until 6 months after, which was not ideal. With Biiibo, I know I’ll get my orders quickly and particularly love that I know what to expect as their app shows you exactly where your delivery is once dispatched.
