Whenever my family and I have to travel, Northsuburban Limo is the only way we travel to/from the airport. From on-time, excellent service, to reasonable rates, there is no one better out there! I don't trust many people to drive my kids, but I NEVER hesitate when I'm with this company!

Have used their services many times for both business and personal travel. Always on time, clean and late model vehicles, personable service. On couple of occasions I needed a high occupancy vehicle for parties and NSL came to the rescue supplying a cool Hummer that made a great impression on my guests. Highly recommended.

UNRELIABLE- On 09 NOV 2020, we had a ride scheduled for the airport at 7 am. The driver never showed up. We called the dispatch line... no answer. The driver never came or called, and we were left to rush trying to find a last minute ride to the airport some other way.After following up via email, their only response was that the credit card would be refunded. No apologies, no offers to make it right, simply unprofessional. Use at your own risk.

They didn’t show up After I gave them my credit card to charge and have a confirmation from them. When you call the line, all lines say they were busy. Go elsewhere don’t waste your time with this scam of a business.
