Definitely not the best A&W. A little bit dirty and unkempt. High chance to meet here homeless from 17th Ave. No parking and no drive thru.

No washroom even when you dine in and also Rude staff. Normally this place is great but male staff working in the evening on Good Friday was rude. Normally female evening staff is there and is also great at service.

The service was definitely great and quick everything was prepared in a good manner. The restaurant is extremely clean and that’s what I like to see! The staff are friendly. The washrooms are locked which being down on 17th is ideal. You have to purchase something to use the bathrooms but that’s no big deal a lot of places should do that more often! Great job everyone!

Watched the cashier serve food, pack food, use the key to let someone into the washroom and go back to serve people. Neither her nor the woman in the kitchen washed their hands while I was there. I was truly disgusted and asked for my money back as I wouldn’t be eating my order. I was told the cashier was new and the supervisor is the only one who cAn do refunds. So I left and tossed my “cross contaminated” food into the bin outside.

Came here to dine in around 10pm after a night out. The guy at the counter was super on top of things and gave us top tier service. Also surprisingly clean (as it could be).

The service here is absolutely exceptional. I have lower-tier service at most sit down restaurants. I've never seen such on the ball workers at a fast food place in my life.No changes, still the best AW place ever.

Was going to get a breakfast this morning but didn’t even enter the shop due to the number of crackheads outside blocking the entrance and sidewalk. Living locally I’ve noticed this becoming more of an issue mainly I think because this is a 24/7 location. The management really need to deal with this problem because quite frankly it doesn’t feel safe. Enabling and allowing people to stand outside your premises smoking crack pipes is very poor for business. I for one won’t be going back anytime soon.

Went in to this A and W at 4th Street SW and 17th Avenue for breakfast at 9:15 am on February 1st. I'm a well-dressed, paying customer. Before I ordered I asked to use the washroom to wash my hands, telling them as soon as I did that, I would order breakfast. I was told by the woman at counter there were NO WASHROOMS FOR CUSTOMERS, at all. I walked out and reported them to AHS for not having customer washrooms, which is a health infraction. They can expect a visit from Inspectors from AHS any day now!

I wish I could give them a zero rating.I ordered coffee nd beyond meat burger late night. What they gave me was just the bun nd a patty. Like are you guys serious. If you dont have sauces nd toppings then contact the customer so that I can change my order or cancel it rather than sending something ridiculous in 15 bucks. Will never order from this location again. Terrible service.

It was a little steamy in here when I recently went in. I don't know where the steam came from. Could have come from hot water running consistently, or could have been a pot of water boiling. Burger was good
