Very bad service, got my dress back still dirty at the seams and in addition, it was damaged with buttons missing. The customer service was extremely bad, the two women at the counter got very aggressive when I asked to at least have the rest of the buttons back.I would caution anyone wanting to dry clean here, be very careful!

I am new in Brussels and decided to give a try to this dry cleaning company. I went to the shop in place Saint Josse 14 and got my things back yesterday. My jacket was fine but my trousers front and back area are damaged. Beside the obvious bad ironing in areas where they shouldn't have made the strong line, they left the burnt mark of the iron right in the middle of the upper part of the trousers (front and back). I thought ironing should be a basic thing for a service like this one which has been running for years but unfortunately it hasn't been the case. Never coming back.Of course, I read all the reviews and this place always comes up with an excuse, blaming the customer and that is what they have done with me as well.How come the 'stains' as you call them are in the front and back and have the shape of an iron? Seriously this is incredible. Exactly, this would be something I would do at home if I ironed it myself, but knowing the type of material of my new pants I brought it to a 'professional' so I would not ruined it myself. Unfortunately YOU did it.

This was my favourite laundry service, mostly for their innovation to pick up and deliver laundry around town via a very user-friendly app. This made them pioneers, and particularly helpful during the pandemic. I have also historically found their staff to be flexible, devoted and friendly. However for more than a year now it seems they have not updated their prices on the app, giving a misleading idea of the cost of the service and of the delivery. The app says one price but when they deliver it’s a different price so we end up having unproductive discussions about what their latest prices are, when they changed etc. The justification I received today is that it’s expensive to change the prices on the app, which even if true, is not a good enough reason to de facto mislead your clients. I would strongly caution people when using the app. Best of luck fixing these issues. Looking forward to using Ex-Press Dryclean again when they are fixed.

Corrections an clarification after receiving the reply one day later:1. The suit stain was next to the button. It seems you were cleaning it unbuttoned. I removed it myself with Vanish as I am unwilling to spent more time and nerves on this issue.2. The treatment of the suit surface resulted in abrasion that made the surface less smooth with little pilings. No further comments here as I mentioned that it was used once.3. Indeed mathematically correct will be: I paid 36.50 eur instead of 1.4×2×12.5=35 EUR. without pick up and home delivery that was not offered.4. Contrary to what was stated. The mail with the same pictures for the rug was sent on the next day on Friday 28th Sept, after complaining in person on Thursday. No phone calls or voicemail received. No letter found in the package whatsoever of the rug. No desire to spent more time on this. You keep my money and my feedback. I will keep my lesson.Thus, wishing yourself to have a good meditation on the future of your business as me personally and my accountancies will certainly avoid your business, no reflection needed here.Regards.FR en dessousENG:Extremly bad experience. The suit as result looks as if worn 5 years although it was used only once. The second item, a rug is full of stains and overpriced 200×140 priced as 200×200. When asked for clarification,was suggested to sent an email, with no answer since. Lost time, money, and ruined goods. No free delivery offered. Cleaning the rug took 2 weeks with old stains and new on the back side as result.FR: Extrêmement mauvaise expérience. Les marchandises ont été envoyées par le agance situé Willems 14, galerie Pacific. Costume Barutti ruiné avec les mêmes taches qu'au début et traité très dur. Comme résultat il semble a été utilise pendant 5 ans bien qu'elle n'ait été utilisée qu'une seule fois. Le tapis plein de taches et supraestime en prix, pour 200 × 140 il demande un prix de 200 × 200. Pas de livraison gratuite comme promis si le prix e superior à 30 EUR. Lorsqu'on lui a demandé des éclaircissements, il a été suggéré d'envoyer un courrier électronique, sans réponse depuis. Temps perdu, argent et des biens ruiné.

Poor quality dry cleaner for an average price. Not only do they staple their tags to the inside of the clothes for the customer to remove them. They also decided that my trousers didn't need their pleats anymore and just ironed them out. The ironing job in general is mediocre. And several buttons were loose after the dry cleaning. Not going here anymore.

I'm very disappointed and sad. One of my favourite blazers is lost. When I collected quite a few blazers at a time after dry cleaning in this store, I realized a few days later that one was missing. I went back to claim it, they said I might have lost in on the street, like I was the stupid one.... No compensation, no blazer. I cannot even buy this blazer anymore as it is not in production any more. I will never go there again. Such a bad experience.

Unfortunately, I had a very unfriendly discussion with the staff. I picked up a pair of linen trousers yesterday (which I had brought there the previous week) and tried them on. The trousers have shrinked, i.e., are shorter and also tighter. The employee insinuated I was lying or wanted to take advantage of the situation. Honestly, I just wanted to complain about a service with which I was not satisfied and asked for a complaints form.As a response, they told me they have no complaint forms available. I do not know the Belgian regulation but this fact surprised me. The employee proceeded to say that maybe *I was fatter* than last week - I do not think there is anything else I could add to this, really.
