This morning I had ordered a sausage egg on a Biscuit thru the drive thru a large triple triple and and Iced coffee for my wifeI came home to indulge my meal And noticed A couple bites in that it was Bacon So I called the restaurant and told them. And they said to bring the whole Sandwich back. So I stopped eating Go back in my car and brought the Sandwich back. And was met at the window with a lady that was very rude saying you ate the sandwich.........That's exactly what I told you on the phone.She then took my Sandwich Gave me another Sandwich and said she won't do this ever againI turned around and said to her. I will never come here again. You guys messed up!Another thing I could have had COVID. I do have a slight cold and you took my Sandwich back. Possibly endangering all of your. Employees I can't even give this a 0 star. So you guys are lucky to have one from me.

Worst tims ever! I asked for a hot Caramel latte with sausage egg breakfast and they served me a cold one in hot up & yelled at me saying its hot and I didn't understand what hot meant until I gave them the cup to prove I'm right which they refused to accept too. They didn't even get me the right drink even the second time after making me wait for long in parking lot! Thanks to them I'm late for work with wrong drink! I was treated really bad for asking the right one which is very disappointing.

I can't recall the last time the drive thru got my order right, but today was the last time I'm going to try this location. Ordered a bagel, and a coffee from one attendant through the speaker, then someone else came on to clarify coffee order. Got to the window, no bagel.

Absolutely horrible location.delivery driver constantly parks in NO STOPPING ANYTIME zone, often right in front of the sign. and even parks blocking the bike lane for cyclists. Recently the delivery truck has been now blocking the roadmultiple calls to the manager/owner/supervisor have not been taken seriously and have been hung up on several times.There was a near accident in the middle of a snowstorm when the truck blocked the road.Customers use the bike lane across the street from the restaurant and the No Stopping Anytime zone as their personal parking spots because they are too lazy to pull into the parking lot not less than 5 feet away.This includes City Of Hamilton vehicles that park illegally endangering public safety so they can run in and get a coffee.These things are absolutely unacceptable and put the entire community at risk.These things happen daily and multiple calls to headquarters and the store have gone ignored. The message i have received from this is clear. People getting coffee and also supplies being delivered is more important than the communities safety/lives

I recently visited the Tim Hortons in Hamilton and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my coffee and donut were fresh and delicious. The location is very convenient and easy to find, and there's plenty of seating inside if you want to sit and enjoy your coffee. I also appreciate that they have a drive-thru for quick and easy service. Overall, I highly recommend this Tim Hortons location for a tasty and convenient coffee stop!

I just received an undercooked/raw croissant and egg shells in my sandwich. C’mon man… why do y’all charge so much while providing such low quality food/service?EDIT: just found a very course hair in the bottom of my ice cap!! Never coming back to this place again. Honestly considering calling an inspector.

I haven't ordered food from Timmy's for awhile due to low quality food. This time I've ordered the sausage egg English muffin combo. Hashbrown had the texture of a rubber, not sure if this location is to be blamed or its the same across the franchise. But this location added extra ingredients to my sandwich, crunchy egg shells. Yummy!

I got a 4 cheese bagel this morning with extra butter. I received half of a 4 cheese bagel and half of a cinnamon raisin bagel with a glob of butter slapped in between, I feel even worse for the person who got a cinnamon raisin bagel that was half 4 cheese.

Slowest and most dirty tim hortons I have ever seen. The door handle was broken and the automatic door open button was not working. They also had an entrance and exit door, but the entrance was at the end of the line whike the exit was the start of the line so what the hell is the point? Lol
