Where do I start! I had been searching for a home all over Ontario. Things were getting down to the wire when it was suggested I reach out to Mark. Unlike my previous realtor, Mark listened to all my specifications (and there were many), and my budget and started sending me homes that matched it. When I realized I could expand my budget a bit Mark responded and sent more homes that met my criteria. Within a two day window we had selected homes to view and had traveled to Stirling Trenton area to view them with Nick. Nick was absolutely amazing. He one hundred percent had our interests in mind never trying to over sell a property but also making sure that we saw the value in a property he thought was potential. Kerwin Splaine has been a dream to work with him. The procedure process has been seamless they have been responsive helpful understanding communicative and all in all truly our ambassador‘s.
