I normally have great service here but the young man I spoke to clearly didn't want to help me. I asked him to help me find a button up shirt that would match a tie he said it was too complex and they didn't have anything here and to go try some where else... he clearly just didn't want to make a sale

My daughter and I walked in and was greeted by a very nice young man. My daughter found a tuxedo she really liked.He was trying to help us until an older gentleman sent him to help other customers. I don’t know if this gentleman is the owner or manager, but he should not work in customer service if he judges people for being different. If my daughter wants to wear a tuxedo to her prom, It is her decision and should not be told rudely to wear a dress. I work in customer service and if I was that rude to a customer I would lose my job, you don’t just pick and choose your customers.Just to tell you, you just lost a lot of money with me. I am helping 8 others for their prom. Lucky I went with my daughter first to test the service. We went to Moore’s . Best customer service and highly recommended. We also recommend Stars, very good service.We actually visited 5 different stores and tiptop at st-Laurent shopping center was the only one who judged my daughter. Worst customer service would give 0 stars if I could.

Went there last week to find a suit. Staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. They spent a lot of time with me helping find the perfect suit. Very pleasant experience and would highly recommend!

My husband was very impressed with his recent visit at your store.Good choices and prices. His server David made it all a great experience. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that my husband was satisfied and that I was made comfortable as I waited for him. This store has now become my husband’s new go-to place.

I was looking for different color of a overcoat that was on display and asked the associate (Alex B, ID: 102466). He just lazily showed me a segment which had only few limited colors. I asked him if there were other colors and he said no. My wife and I then found different colors of same pattern in the other corner of the store within few seconds. He did not apologize for his mistake, instead gave a silent treatment. Funny thing is, we were the only customers in the store at that time and he was busy with himself doing nothing. I bought the overcoat because I liked the quality and the Black Friday sale. In normal scenarios, I would neither buy nor recommend this store for such poor customer service. Customer service staff should attempt to help customers, not give a lazy answer to get rid of customers so that s/he can enjoy quality time alone while being in the payroll.

Went in to buy a suite for an event I am going to. 3 people at the counter never acknowledged myself and my wife entering. Continued talking to each other about how they had only one Taylor for 3 stores and was chirping about a customer that had called about thier suite. I looked for a while where I would have expected someone to see us and ask if we needed help fitting... you know, the Taylor part of the business name. No one came so we walked out and went to another store where they greeted us apon arrival and helped fit the suite. Hate the fact that they may be all joint owned because I normally would never go back to a store that judged me for my attire when walking in. I get that people that dress the way that I do, you would assume I am just looking but in this case you missed an opportunity.

At the first time I came here, the staff was really nice and helpful, he greet me with kindness. But today it is terrible experience. The lady does not even greet us while I and my friend are the only customers in the store at the time. We are looking for suits for my friend wedding, after a while she comes to help but she acts as if we are not able to buy anything or maybe because we are Asian. Disrespectful!

This is my first time in here and my First experience with Sayed this gentleman is a real blessing , thank you Sayed for making things happen that fast and in that highy professional manor, he was all over the place to get me in a proper outfit for my daughters graduation, thank you again Sayed and because of you i am coming next week to get two more outfits different colours.Thank you Tip Top for Sayed he is the oerfyimage of your tailor shop to make it shine above all others in this city . Have been into this location multiple times over the last year to get semi-formal + formal attire for my fiancé and the employees are always incredible to work with. Most recently, we needed to exchange out of stock items for better sizing on a very tight deadline. Andrew was on point giving me every option he could to get us what we were looking for. Thank you for your help!

I was there today shopping. I didn't appreciate the tone and work ethic of one of the associates wearing a pink dress shirt- I was offended when he made a remark saying I shouldn't be picky of the color of tie I wanted to purchase. There was many alternatives on how to handle a situation, but I'm grateful that the other associate with beige cardigan was defending our choices and made more effort to help is. The other workers were also bad mouthing other customers who just left, out loud which I believe is not morally right.
