Used to go here, but my favourite massage therapist moved to a different office. Nobody else that I've visited previously at this location could compare! It is also a little loud hearing the cars zoom by and the receptionist chatting while trying to have a somewhat relaxing experience.I appreciated the online booking.

I have a mixed review. I have had some good massages at this location and a couple of odd/unprofessional experiences as well. I had one massage therapist ask me what medications I was taking and why I was taking them. Then suggested going off of my medication for anxiety. I was definitely not there for a lecture from a massage therapist with an uneducated opinion.I had a bad experience with another therapist there who complained about anything and everything not going right in her personal life. I found it annoying and rude to say the least. Her entire vibe was tense and unprofessional. She also repeatedly expressed her anger that customers were coming in to use up" their benefits and on and on about it being unfair to insurance companies and makes things so busy for her. Really?! I pay for my benefits and will use them when I want. There is no taking advantage. It is a service I pay for. Last time I was there

I have been here with my daughter for relaxing massages which we both greatly enjoyed in 2022.More recently when I called experiencing back and shoulder pains I asked when they could get me in and they got me in opening the next day.My therapist asked me my issues and I explained my work out regime and the areas that were giving me pain. An hour massage and he worked out my knots and loosened my back.I went from laying in bed having trouble falling asleep with the pain in my shoulders to my first comfortable night in probably two weeks. Immediate relief.

Online booking available. Very friendly when you do need to reach anyone in the office. For me the turn around with insurance questions is reasonable within days, not weeks which is nice.Could not tell you all the different types of insurance they take.My massage therapist is ah-mah-zing. If I told you, then they would get booked up and no time for me. If the rest of the massage therapists are like mine, expect professional and friendly. I don't get the wimpy massage, I get the elephants stomping on my back and that's what I want.

Wonderful relaxing place for massage. Plenty of staff that are well trained have not had a bad experience with anyone . They are all great

I love this place and especially the massage therapist Nasly! she’s why I keep coming back, I have had lots of back surgeries over my life and seen dozens of massage therapists but she is one of a kind. If you’re having any problems go see her I guarantee you will leave feeling like a brand new person!

Fantastic staff at Henderson Massage. I’ve had several osteo treatments from Sanchit and it’s been incredible. Super informative and effective appointments each time and he makes sure I leave a lot better than when I came in.

I am not going to comment on the actual business per se and the phone thing—I want to say I found a very detail oriented massage therapist (healing hands let’s say) in the student therapist I chose to give a shot on this body for the last six months there and is now an RMT grad and one of their team. I’ve been doing this a LONG LONG time every 4 weeks and sometimes more—it’s part of my health regimen—if I didn’t know he was starting out I would think he had 15 years of experience…he truly lets the body guide him and he’s got lots of little tools in his bag (his words)—and he does!! So glad I took a chance. He’s so thorough!!…and he’s not a robotic technician like some can be—he actually likes what he’s doing and he’s interested in helping shift the workings in the body and not his pay cheque!…so refreshing. Ask for BRAD MEYERS!

If you have any issues, you simply must go see Lin for acupuncture!The atmosphere is nice, rooms are quiet and relaxing, the bed is comfortable and warm and the receptionist is a gem.Lin knows all about you from the way you look, stand.. the color of your tongue.. She's caring and thorough and will get you all fixed up. You may not even realize you've been hurting until you go see her.
