This is the best water store in the Okanagan. Super friendly, helpful, professional and always eager to carry water back to your vehicle as well . Customer loyalty program, reverse osmosis and sprinkler systems as well. More than one location. Love this store!

Great People, and Great Service. I had never dealt with them before, and I had something go wrong with my water system on a Saturday. They were very responsive, easy to deal with, and reasonably priced. I strongly recommend them!

Last Friday afternoon we discovered that our water was contaminated and not acceptable for drinking in our newly purchased rural home, we called Greg at H204U and to my delight we had one of his fine employees come out that evening and get a treatment system installed and up and working before the end of the night! Great company to work with. From the beginning to end, everyone was very helpful and thorough. Brad was very straight forward and upright with the information and options for us, as well as the costs involved - no hidden surprises. Murray was very helpful during the installation process and was lovely to chat with throughout it! Don't know much about the products yet, as they are newly installed, but I imagine I will be impressed. I highly recommend these guys and their service!

Greg and his team are awesome! I recently had a whole house filter installed to remove the chlorine from the water as my skin was always so dry and itchy. Unbelievable the difference. I can have as long of a shower as I want and no more dry skin. And the chlorine smell; GONE. Should have gotten one of these units a long time ago. This is a must have if you are on city water!
