I didn’t get a chance to talk to all the staffs here but no matter which one I met are always patient and helpful! Kudos to the whole team :)

I tried returning something and the policies of the company are one thing but the attitude of the black haired (woman) clerk is another. I was treated with disrespect and disdain for trying to get my money back. I won’t be returning to that particular store anytime soon.

I love this shop, and we always buy toys here. And it's our first time to buy Xbox DVD games that we didn't pay attention that it's only for Xbox X , my son tried it lastnight in its Xbox and its not working and when I checked it's Xbox One S thst he has.We tried to return it to the store the next day, and they said they can't accept it as it was opened already,,, but we didn't use it,, it's a pre-owned Xbox DVD though, they said it's a company policy . So we just waste $54.23 for Xbox DVD that we cannot even use. Thank you for the INCONSIDERATE company policy. THAT WILL BE THE LAST SHOPPING OF US IN YOUR STORE !

Visited this location June 10 at roughly 12:20. Most ignorant employee (Jay, short hair) I have ever spoken too. Purchased a funko pop and decided shortly after to return it as there was a mark on the figures sunglasses and found a mint condition version at FYE. She sold it to me 30 minutes prior. Told me the box was damaged and accused me of opening it. At the time I purchased it I was offered a pop protector and declined. When I went to return the item, the clerk admitted that the corner of the box was lifted and that’s why I was offered a pop protector. So basically admitting it already had damage but didn’t specifically point that out at the time it was sold. Told I wasn’t welcome back in the store and started yelling “bye bye!” like a child as we left the store. Super unprofessional behaviour coming from the “store manager” as I was told. My partner and I have spend quite a bit of money at this location and have never seen this employee before. All I can say is check your products before you checkout!

Fantastic customer service and great location. I'm not super local to the area but I'm gonna go back to this location either way. I'm very happy with my new Togepi squishmallow.

Jeff is absolutely amazing, I was having such a rough time with both customer service and the Yonge Street location, I felt very safe and was taken care of very well at this location! Thank you so much for the staff at this location!

It's always great to swing by during the week, usually has the things I'm hunting for before other locations get their stock. Sometimes I waltz in and discover something I didn't know existed, or the merch I was having trouble tracking down. The staff is very helpful, always has solutions to assist, they're well mannered and also go out of their way to get you items that you may be having an issue locating. I regularly visit, so they always make me feel welcome, that's what I enjoy most, how friendly and down to Earth each member is. I've kinda made this my new local to stop by since other locations I used to visit have closed down, but since I work in the DT Toronto area, I come by often before/after a shift to see what's new or sometimes chat with whoever is in. Jeff and Aria are always working super hard when I see them in, and it's always nice just to have conversation about the new upcoming thing everyone is excited for.Grazie mille, for always putting in the extra effort, Eaton Game Stop team, it's always appreciated.p.s. Jeff was in today by himself early and I was the only customer in the store. He provided exceptional service and is very knowledgeable about the games they’re selling had a good chat and heard some great recommendations. Thank you so much man
