Got a pedicure at this salon about a month ago and debating going back to complain but never did. The lady who seems like the owner was very nice and accommodating. She gave me water and was very kind. The woman who did my pedicure on the other hand, had no idea what she was doing. I get my nails and toes painted quite frequently and have gone to many salons but this was by far the worst pedicure I’ve gotten. I got shellac because it usually lasts me months on my toes and within a week of the appointment it had already come off. I wish that they would have provided me with a technician who knew exactly what they were doing considering the price of a shellac pedicure. I believe this place could be a very good spot to get a manicure / pedicure but I was unlucky and had a technician who should not have been doing a pedicure. Some of my toe nails had bumpy paint on them because the technician couldn’t paint my toes without getting nail polish on the skin so she would have to remove the polish from the skin and then re paint the area that was close to the skin. It just looked terrible and I felt that I should have gone back to complain to the owner but didn’t want to make a scene. Overall, the salon is a great vibe and seems to be doing well but I just wish I could have had a better experience.

I had manicure, pedicure and waxing at this salon. Kristina is very attentive to customers’ needs and knows how to fulfil their wishes. Very professional service and good atmosphere. I will definitely come back again.

Friendly staff. Beautiful & classy interior. They are always making sure that every service and cleaning remains sanitary. They offer amazing up to date services. They are brand new so make sure to check it out and try it out and tell your friends! Prices are either the same or a little pricier but it's because it's a luxury spa. Before you start your service they offer you coffee or tea and a delicious piece of chocolate while you get the service done.

The staff is attentive and kind. I had a shellac manicure. My nails are quite damaged from years of bio gel and the staff was very gentle while performing the shellac manicure. My nails look fantastic. I would definitely recommend this salon.

I walked in and asked if they were free to do my nails and Christina immediately took me in. I told them I'd like to do gel on my natural nails and they told me it would be considered a gel overlay. I showed Christina the design that I had in mind and we worked together to make adjustments that would best suit my nails.She worked quickly, was pleasant, and was very knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the quality of the service done! Not only did she apply oil to the cuticle after, but she also put cream and a hot towels on my hands. I wasn't expecting it and I was definitely blown away by how nice it was!She told me that they don't do acrylics and they don't use a drill on the top of the nail, just a gentle one to clean up the cuticle (which I really appreciate because other salons do use the drill and my nails get brittle). This way my nails stay strong and healthy, which was one of the goals Christina was looking out for!The prices are reflective of the excellent quality of materials used here. I definitely will be coming back!

Hi everyone!My advice - don’t go to this place.I’ll explain why.This place has lots of good reviews, and this actually fascinates me, because the service I received was just awful.I was the only costumer in the salon, but the girl (Amanda) was rushing like she had a boiling soup at home left.She cut my skin, she polished my nails while they were bleeding ( so now my blood may be in the nail polish, which is unsanitary ).She did her job so not accurate that I had to come back and ask to repaint couple of my nails,because they had marks and unequal layers all over.This is where the fun part starts.I literally spent 30 min there while she was fixing 3 nails. She gave me the worst attitude, tried to blame me for not putting my nails in the dryer correctly ( she was pushing my hand into it which caused smashing one of the nails ) and she could not even let them dry thoughtfully, so she had to do them all over.When I was so done with her attitude that I tried to leave, she literally grabbed my finger and didn’t let me.The owner didn’t tell her anything...So yeah, I wasted $40 ( I’m going to remove it now, Bcs it still looks awful )I wasted 80 min of my life and I wasted tons of nerves.This is not a customer service, this is not how you do nails.I attached the picture of my nails 2h after I got them.

Overpriced for the service. Paid $45 for a pedicure. Exfoliating scrub was a nice addition but my nails were not filed and polish was not done neatly. The lady at the front was friendly and warm but the technician did not attempt to engage in any conversation. Will not be a returning customer.

I got my eye lashes and nails done at the salon. The service was professional, quick and thorough. They have so many nail colors and lashes lasted longer than usual.

I have been doing eyelash extensions for many years with Christina, and I want to note that during all this time, my eyelashes have not deteriorated in any way. I always get a lot of compliments on how my lashes look. Christina is a hard worker, performs all lash extension types, always works quickly, never fails an appointment, and most importantly, her work is simply at the highest level. I am a perfectionist and get attached to every little thing, and it was hard for me to find a lash technician who would make me happy. Also, the salon is always clean and beautiful and has a positive vibe. I strongly recommend it!
