I came to this store to get upgraded data as i had 20go which wasnt enough and the sales person autum sold me 60go prepaid package as it is a post paid package, it has been a month back and forth to them and customer service and no reply or things fixed , when i came back today she was arrogantly speaking and saying that she gave me two sim card and i had to change it but i didn’t , so more than screwing up and selling me a package with a wrong info she is accusing me of getting two sin cards instead of one, and not doing the proper thing to fix the issue … first i never had any second SIM card and second its you who did the mistake why am i even dealing with it … and when i confronted her that she never gave me she called security ( saying to kick me out of the mall) so even i was done with her as she is not helpful i waited for the security who were super professional than her and said the only ask me to leave koodo which i was doing i told them but i waited cause she will kick me out of the mall not koodo.Trust me this is not. Going to stop here cause this has nothing to do with customer service nor professional treatment !

if the ones who do not waste time chatting with friends during work hours while keeping customers waiting maybe you get more starscustomers are first priority of business not friends just saying

Travis was super friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me get my phone reactivated. In a time where everything costs the same, I shop for customer service, and these guys have it in spades.

Jesse was awesome at helping me get a new plan for the best deal! He showed great enthusiasm and was super knowledgable during the whole process!

Been trying to call the last 4 hours trying to get info on what type of iPhone 14 they have in stock. No one answered. Called 10 times. Can’t call it bad customer service cause there is no customer service. I understand if you’re busy, but answer the phone, let me know, or put me on hold till you’re not. 0/10

Had problems with my phone and lost lock screen pattern. Travis assisted me and solved the problem in 5 minutes. Very good customer service. I will stay with koodp for awhile.

I came into the store the other day and had the pleasure of meeting JK he was absolutely phenomenal. He took his time and was extremely patient while explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions. If I were you I’d go to him anytime you need help with your cellphone services. Phenomenal customer service!

Useless staff (I'm sure they have some decent people working too; whoever was working April 15th, 2022 at 11:30am, you three are useless). Just want a commission from forcing you to upgrade your phone plan when it's not required. Just use the website and save yourself some time and money. Never have I almost got into yelling match with a sales rep actively trying to rip me off. Wow. Saved $290 using the website and not listening to the sales people. They basically steal the minimum wage they're paid to fulfill a core function and only do work that results in a commission.

Good and reliable service , tend to get you to switch or purchase koodo or telus products and that's to be expected with such an establishment as this place !

The kingsway station koodo, these people are the best in the business their attitude is passionate, humble and welcoming to everybody. Autumn and Travis always make me leave with a smile on my face.I have been going to this location for years and will continue to come for years more
