Do not go to this location. The employees are so rude & Customer service is worst. Long waiting lines, lack of employees. They are just doing their jobs for money. It's sad to see this rude staff working at Service Ontario. They would even make pregnant women or the women with newborns to wait in the long queue which is ridiculous!

Went in earlier today. Jessy, the manager on duty was extremely rude to me. Before I could even explain the details about the vehicle she said I needed a bill of sale from the auction company even though they did not sell the vehicle to me. Even though I paid the owner directly including the hst, Jessy still insisted I needed a bill of sale with the hst number of the auction company on the bill of sale. She was rude and threatened to kick me out even though I was just trying to figure out a solution to the problem. I would highly recommend going to any other mto other than this one. I also am filing a complaint with head office in regards to this matter.

Rude rude rude. This is the closest location to my residence, so often times I go here for convenience. But today is last straw, I'd rather drive out to a different location for better service. Better yet, I'd advise anyone reading this to just make the effort to go to the Aurora location (they aren't franchise like this location and actually know what they are doing there).They seem to always be on a power trip at this location. Very rude and abrasive. It also seems like they try to deter away or shoo customers before they even try to look into the problems.They look for pity because of the long lines they served...well guess what at least you get paid. We the customers also have to bare those dreadful (and cold when its out the door)lines, just to be met with a rude tone and lack of customer service. Don't waste your time and energy here...it's soul sucking

Had a great experience with Miss Zakiyah. She was extremely kind and very patient. She helped me with health cards and Ontario ID cards for myself and my family. She had been extremely kind and even if I made a couple of mistakes She was very kind to patiently guide me. The visit was really fruitful and I could get both done at one visit itself.

Wait time as expected took a long time...I waited in line for about 1 hour. I noticed a lot of people could have done what they needed to do through online but I get that not everyone is comfortable with doing things online.The lady that served was very pleasant to talk to and was able to do what I needed to do it fairly quickly which I thanked her for the amazing job, quick and easy.

Heading there for a document supportThere was a female while worker to help me out. She was never looked at me but just chatting with her co-worker during the duration time. I can feel no respect in that conversation, and the worker was mocking at my request and passed a paper of other location, And replying: “I am not working there, I don’t know!” Which is not very nice when you are looking for help.

I went in and got my health card renewed yesterday and I gotta say, that was hands down THE best trip I’ve ever made to Service Ontario! I was in and out of there within 5 minutes, no muss, no fuss! Haha, the kind lady with the short blonde hair at the health card renewal desk (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name!) even had me laughing! Thank you again for helping me out and making this girl smile! :)

I had the unfortunate experience of having gone to this location. I wish I had asked for the name of the agent that attended us. She was belligerent and talked down to my wife and I. Her supervisor came down to speak with us and as I started to express our concerns to her, she allowed the agent to rudely interrupt me again and again without any reprimand. She allowed the agent to escalate the situation without a single word. Ultimately, the supervisor told me only to address her and politely and professionally assisted us and explained things to us. But we hope that someone higher up sees this and reprimands that employee for her actions and unprofessional attitude towards us. If she is unhappy with her job or doesnt like working with the public, she should consider a change.

It is a fairly small facility, but I am deeply impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the customer agents. There was a queue of about 6 people and I was called within 15 mins and got everything done is about 5 mins.I was there to return my old car's license plates and update address on owner's slip. To return car plates, it is better to bring owner's portion.

I went to get my health card, proof of address was missing and I needed to talk to someone who listen to me and answer my questions and help me for the right document.I talked to the aggressive owner (she introduced herself as the owner when I asked for a supervisor to help me when customer service didn’t listen to me)She (owner) yelled at me and kicked me out! because she didn’t have time to answer my questions!Rud customer service, which is expectable with this disrespectful owner! Customer service, she didn’t listen to me, interrupted me several times and talked with no eye contact.Terrible place, avoid it at any cost!It is regrettable that there is no supervision on this kind of center whose responsibility is customer care!One star is too much for them!hope that someone higher up sees these reviews
