Purchased a pre-owned unit here and had the opportunity to pick up accessories and the attached parts and service center.All of the staff are engaged and focused on customer satisfaction in my experience. Sales, documentation, service department and parts department all very courteous and accomadating.

Fantastic to deal with. Start to (almost) finish. Bill and Stephen were available and willing to answer questions. They helped guide us through the process. Always a few hiccups when doing things from afar but fantastic as working through. Thanks for making it a positive experience so far!

Had a great experience trading in my old for my new. They rolled with a surprise delivery when I showed up unannounced :)

We are in Kamloops on vacation to enjoy the Memeorial cup and staying in our motorhome. The first day i was setting up and dropped the remote for the power awening and it would not work. We tried everything. Batteries, fuses ect. I had heard about Jubilee RV from a familly memeber so thought we would check it out. After talking to Jason Ling, a parts advisor i was advised that my remote was obsolete, of course! Thinking now what? Jason took the time to take it all a part at the counter just to see. After a preliminary look he carried on further and removed the board and found traces of corosion and dust inside. Taking the time and cleaning and some lite scraping and blowing found that everything looked in tact. He put it all back together and handed it back and we hoped for the best. Not very optimistic we purchased a few other things and headed back to our site. I got out of the car and pushed the button and it opened right up. From the reception just walking in the door at Jubilee RV and to Jason going above and beyond just to at least try and help it turned out to be a great and positive experience.Thanks again for the extra effort!Darryl

I would be very cautious about ordering a RV or mobile unit from these guys. I ordered a Mobile home at the beginning of COVID and the manager cancelled my order citing I did not have paper work needed. The cost of building materials went up and to no surprise, the cost of the unit increased. My order cancelled for greed in my opinion. I ordered another one, put a deposit, got a call near end of build asking if I still wanted to proceed with order as I Had 20,000 reasons (the deposit) not to and my deposit would be returned no problem.Ended up not needing the unit and when I started talking about my deposit, Terry's tune changed. Difficult to get ahold of and then told if in 3 months, it sold I would get deposit back.Now will not return emails. DO NOT BUY from them. I was lied to and they will not return my deposit despite emails indicating they would. I think because I am female they are giving me the run around. Go somewhere else.

The parts shop were super helpful and kind with helping me when I didn't really even know what I was looking for! Will definitely use them again in the future.

Things didn't work out for me as I had hoped, but not once did that make a difference to how I was treated. Steve was an incredible salesman who helped with the huge process of choosing the perfect camper. When things change for me in my own personal life, I'll make sure to come back out to BC to make the purchase. I'll leave MB just for the service alone! Thanks so much guys

Friendly, knowledgable staff. We bought our travel trailer from them last year and have been very happy with their service. Today, we had a problem with our sway bar getting stuck in the hitch. They were able to fix it quickly and without charge. Highly recommended.
