Went in on the weekend, beautiful shop, family run. The whole family was actually in and helped me outfit my son for his first skateboard. Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. I can't say enough great things. I'm from the far SE and would make the drive again.

Best ski/snowboard shop I have been too. These guys actually care what you get and make sure you get what you need!I picked up a full ski setup. They took a ton of time out of their day to make sure my boot fit was spot on, then walked me through all the skis they had and recommended what I would have the most fun on. Since my purchase I have had a blast on my new skis. I would highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for new equipment.

By far the best ski store I have ever been to. Got me a full set up and took their time to make sure everything was right for me. Been there a couple times since and the service stays fantastic and knowledgable. Every worker I’ve come across definitely knows their stuff and genuinely care that you get what’s right for you. They always do great tune ups and ski sharpens, for a great price. I’d recommend to anyone needing anything Ski/Snowboard related.

We purchased an inflatable SUP from Mountain Cultures. The staff were great, super accommodating to my requests and provided great service including carrying the box out to my car. We called ahead and they had everything ready for pick up and responded to our queries right away. They were also happy to answer our questions in store and share their knowledge. We live in the SE, but it was definitely worth the drive to pick up same day. They do also ship if you’re not in as much of a rush as me. We would definitely deal with them again as they really make sure their customers are happy.

The greatest store ever! They were insanely accommodating to get my item shipped out asap with a completely different mail service than they offer. Sadly Canada Post messed up, but Jay the owner went above and beyond to help me out in getting my item (even incurring some costs on my behalf). I will be shopping much more gear from them in the near future. Highly recommend them. As you can see from all these reviews they are incredible whether it’s online, in person or over the phone. Thanks again!

staff were super helpful on the hunt for a paddle board that my whole family could use, from my 6ft2 husband to my 8 year old. he didn't have what I needed in stock but he got it in within the week, and even loaded it in the back of my truck for me when I came to pick it up. great customer service

Went in for a new pair of snowboard boots and I was helped by Patrick. He was fantastic, he had a great attitude and was SUPER knowledgeable about the products in the store! I ended up buying socks boots, gloves and Custom molded insoles for my boots. AMAZING customer service.We've had our gear serviced here too and it has been very good and the turn around time is very quick. The shop makes great use of its space.

I purchased a Ionic All Water Board from Mountain Cultures last summer, and can't say enough about this board! I spent a lot of time on it, and even on my maiden voyage down the river I felt so stable and managed to not fall in - due to the stability, not my skills! The staff there is amazing, and very helpful answering all of my questions.On a side note, I get comments all the time about the amazing graphics on it!
