This is a great place to service any type of vehicle issue. I've been coming here 7 or 8 years.I had struts , oil change and change out my winter tires. Excellent personnel. Very informative and personable. My husband had his brakes done and new tires. He's very happy. Monday, a new front end will be addressed on his 2007 Cadillac Deville. I hope this fix will meet our standards.Thank you again.

Great Shop, got my car in right away with only a day notice. We're quick to diagnose and quote. Took a day to fix my radiator, new tires, new windsheild, oil change and shocks. Great communication thank you Rob for your excellent customer service, and thanks to all the hard workers.

This place is AMAZING! Im from out of town, and I needed a quick fast oil change. They were able to get me in right away. The service was fast, and they had great customer service. While I waited for my car, I was comfortable in their waiting area. If you like animals, def have to go by and see my pal Richard the cat. I LOVE that they have cats and a dog in the shop. Wish I lived in Calgary, so I could go there every time my car needed a service. Although, I did tell all my family and friends and I sent them all the pics. Love this atmosphere!

I took my car in for an oil change. I came away with so much respect for the team because they cared about my cars safety. I had taken my car to Nissan previously for an oil change. While there they recommended a tire rotation. That was completed and once I started driving my car, it was all over place. I returned to the dealership. They did a wheel balancing and sent me on my way.I took my car to Braeside for its current service. I was shocked when they shared that my filter has never been changed and that my tires were not safe and a hazard to drive. They sent me pictures, called me and made sure I was aware of the risks. My car was ready by the end of the day with new tires that will ensure my families safety and a clean new air filter . I was given a detailed report on my cars health (it is 4 years old) and was met with exceptional care and consideration.Unlike my previous experience with Nissan. I will continue to support Braeside Automotive because they genuinely care and are all about your car safety and the people that drive them. I mean, there were dogs and cats in their shop! What’s not to love?! Ryan was super quick to get back to me and answer all of my questions. Their detailed invoice with suggested/upcoming maintenance was greatly appreciated. I thought my previous mechanic shop was amazing and the only reason sought out a new one was because they were booked 2-3 weeks out. Braeside Auto surpassed them. Thank you for making my experience easy!

The service was fantastic and Rob kept me up to speed on what was going on the whole time. Service documentation is also better than I have had at any mechanic. Their pets are also cute, and make it a really welcoming shop.

Their inspection and then timeline for repair were on time. Always friendly staff, and of course the 3 cats elevate the experience. Inspection was very thorough, with photos as necessary.

I phoned this shop when my car stopped working, and they got my car towards the end of the day. They got it in, diagnosed and a quote was given within about a couple of hours. I price compared the quote and told them to go ahead as their quote was reasonable. They drained my tank, replaced my fuel pump, replaced the gas, and had it ready to go by mid afternoon the next day. They were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable a have a fabulously fun shop with a really clean bathroom, and my car is up and running great! Thank you!

What a breathe of fresh air. I had a rip in my side wall of my tire. Everywhere was booked 2 weeks however they fit me in even tho they was booked solid. I would love to recommend to you all for fast curtious and excellent service and quality work. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

This place is great. It was the first time I used their services. I needed new rims for my tires. They were by far the best price and they were professional and accommodating. The work was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I can’t think of anything they could have done better. I highly recommend them and they will have all my future business!
