We purchased a sofa and chair and a half made by Campio. Within 18 months the leather was breaking down. We contacted the retailer and they were unable to help. We contacted Campio and after many attempts were told the service requirements were the responsibility of the retailer. Campio wants to take no ownership or accountability for the failure in their product. We spent considerable $ and thought we would get a good product being Canadian. It turns out we were wrong.

We purchased a leather sectional and a fabric motion sofa from a local high end furniture store 6 months ago. The leather sectional is of good quality and looks great. The motion sofa ($4500) is not holding its shape and started to look sloppy after a few months of minimal use. The fabric is matted and pilling and the seams on the cushions are slipping. The cushions are rounding around the corners which makes me think the foam is poor quality. Very disappointing!

Five year ago I purchased living and family room sofa sets made by campio furniture ,we have family of small kids and 2 pets. If someone come to our house we always get compliments on both sofas .it's like new till today spring, Leather and foam still in very good condition! I recommend campio furniture to those who want to buy a gem.
