We were trying to sell our mothers home it was listed with another realtor for 4 months with no offers. I spoke to Jennifer and she suggested some updates, she came to the house and gave advise on colors and what we should do. The painting and updates took about a month. She then helped stage it, and listed it for sale, and it sold in two days.
