For someone like me who has anxiety issues, going to an eye exam can bring out alot of stress. But not at New Look Eyewear. The staff made me feel very comfortable, I was able relax and be myself. The optometrist took away all my worries concerning my eyesight. Even had some questions answered that had nothing to do with my eyes. I will definitely be making New Look my permanent eye care provider. Thanks to everyone at New Look for making my first eye exam in over 15 years an enjoyable experience.

Went in to get a pair of glasses adjusted that I had not purchased from them (have purchased several pairs from them in the past).I have never been treated so rudely and poorly.The lady serving me was ignorant and rude.She refused to make the adjustment for me even when I offered to pay for the adjustment.Went to another optical place and the lady there was more than happy to adjust them for me. Even offered to pay several times and she refused.I ended up purchasing a $200.00 pair of sunglasses for my granddaughter.Will never step foot in this store EVER again.

Brought bifocals snapped in half to them and they said they couldn’t fix them by putting lenses in a new frame but they could arrange an appointment with their on-site optometrist (more money for them) I could not come in because my daughter is immunosuppressed due to Multiple Sclerosis and if I catch anything, she pays the dearest price. The picture below is what we resorted to. Duct tape always works & it’s $10 for a big roll. Be better!!

Caroline was excellent to deal with. She was professional and courteous. My glasses were repaired and returned to me with a few days. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for eye wear.

I really appreciate Raelene the optician. She did really good job to adjust my glasses and made it fit so well. I'm so thankful for her. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help on glasses. Because of her, I gave 5 stars with no hesitation.
