Wonderful customer service and products! Online assistance through the chat window was immediate, efficient, and friendly. Even adding a note for the recipient after my order was already submitted. Same day delivery was less than an hour from my original purchase time and communication with the shop was thorough. The flowers were fresh and healthy, very lovely. I would absolutely recommend Box of Flowers. Despite ordering from California, everything went smoothly in Toronto. The whole experience from scrolling through their catalogue, to placing the order, and receiving the flowers was very fun :)
