I just completed my first transaction with the Supplement Source and I was very impressed by their product selection and prices but more so by their exemplary customer service.I had ordered a product that ended up being out of stock and unavailable. After a back and forth conversation with a service representative on the online chat (I spoke with an actual person and not a bot), my issue was resolved! I ended up following up with one of their Customer Service Managers, Patty Stefka and was amazed how focused she was on resolving the inventory issue and making sure I was able to purchase the products that I wanted at the advertised sale price.Thank you Supplement Source and Patty for making my first experience so positive (in spite of the technical difficulties) and taking the steps necessary to leave me feeling appreciated and satisfied.This is exactly how brands build loyal and repeat customers.

if it was more than 5 stars i would give this company i could...the best supplement online ever...they responde quick and i never had any problem with ordering from them..amaaaazzing deals and mush faster than going to popoyes and getting a protien drink....just wow....

Had an issue with my order that showed through Amazon that it was delivered but it never was. I was refunded without any issue and was told if the package did happen to arrive I would be able to keep it without being charged. I appreciate the good customer service!

My husband and I have been loyal customers to Supplement Source and have had some issues, however, never like this. Our last order was over $300.00. Our recent order included three tubs of protein in which one was not in proper condition, including not being sealed (please see pictures).I communicated with Crystal (the Customer Service Supervisor). She advised to print out shipping labels, fill out a return form, repackage this protein tub and attend a local Canada Post to return the item. This is clearly/evidently an error made on their part and Crystal advised that this was the only solution (as the customer/consumer, we have to do all of these steps when it is not our fault). We are still in a global pandemic and this is my horrible/unsanitary experience Supplement Source.
