Kikko Nails & Spa

I was recommended by my sister to visit Kikko for manicure and pedicure service. Tina did a great job with my nails. She was very friendly and attentive to details. The ambience was very relaxing. The place was clean and the service was very professional. The price is quite reasonable too. I really enjoyed it. They do accept walk in but I think it’s better to book an appointment in advance to avoid long waiting time.

It was amazing! The people are so nice and so artistic it’s incredible! I love my nails! I really recommend going to go get ur nails done here!

They usually do a great job with my fake nails, sometimes they mess up a bit but i don’t mind because they always give me a great deal. Overall a solid place and would recommend!These are my recent nails, a bit wide on some nails but easily fixed with a file! they usually last around 3-4 weeks after a new set!

I love my new manicure, it’s perfect and the price was amazing too. They are super friendly and easy to make an appointment or just walk in. They try their hardest to accommodate your arrival. The only thing I wish is that they used sanitized utensils for each client. I believe they will improve that part.

Good customer service. They are all really nice and friendly. It can get busy sometimes and you might feel unattended to but you get good nail service at the end. Best to go when they are not too busy. I’m not sure how good their nail art is but feel free to try as their mani and pedi has been good so far so I won’t expect less for the other services.

This incident happened July or June of 2022 and I didn’t leave a review then but I should have. Personally, the employees were polite to me and the other customers until my friend walked through the door. Initially they ignored her and her mom for a good 10 mins I’d say but they were very quick to address any other customers walking in. When she finally spoke up they were EXTREMELY RUDE which was very surprising. I was already leaving when she got there (we didn’t go together, we were just coincidentally there at the same salon that day) and I’d seen multiple customers enter and the employees were always friendly and welcoming. When my friend arrived they were literally screaming at her for no reason. They said that she was late for her appointment (but they were already rude before she told them she even had an appointment). She said that she tried to call them multiple times to reschedule A FEW DAYS BEFORE AS WELL and they never picked up. They continued to yell at her and humiliate her in front of the other customers until her mom and her finally decided to leave. I’m not going to assume anything of the employees but my friend and her mom were the only hijabis there. The behaviour of the employees was so surprising to me because they were very welcoming to other customers and they continuously took walk ins. EVEN WHEN THE SALON WAS FULL. Some people entering even asked “is there still room for me?” And they would always answer yes of course. My friend was only 10min late to her initial appointment and they could’ve easily made room for her and just let her wait a few minutes since they obviously had room to take in walk ins immediately.She ended up going to the salon across the parking lot from this one and her nails turned out beautiful. Besides the rude attitudes, they did not do my nails well at all. They made several cuts to my cuticle and they got infected. They were very rough as well and my nails turned out terrible. I wish I wrote this review sooner and took photos. They were also unable to do any designs for me or anyone else entering. Bad service that day I say the least. The environment was not relaxing. Walk across the parking lot to spa and nails if u want to get your nails done. I will no longer be supporting kikko nails and spa due to their horrible treatment towards my friend and her mom as well as just the basic lack of service.

Love my nails! The whole experience was relaxing and I felt well taken care of the whole time. Massage chairs for pedicures are great and the whole space was very clean. Staff was very friendly as well as talented. Definitely coming back and would recommend to anyone!

My whole family goes to this business for manicure and pedicure. I only do pedicure. For the guys out there that are afraid to get it because they think it's too girly, your feet will thank you when you remove all of the calluses. The prices are fair and the service is friendly. I would strongly recommend to make an appointment or at least call before you come because it might be hard to get a spot if you just walk in.
