Staff at this location are responsive, kind, and on time. I could not be more pleased with how easy it was to book my own appointment and to be in and out within 15 minutes.I am lucky to be in the James bay community where this is accessible. Thank you LL!

I came to this lab ignoring the poor rating as it was a convenient walk from home. Avoid this location! I was getting blood work for a visa over in New Zealand. The technician came into my room asking me where I was from and how my English was so good, thinking I was immigrating to Canada and why it took me so long to immigrate. Does that seem like an ok question?? I used a Canadian passport as my identification. Next, she puts the wrong labels on my tubes and sends me off. I then remind her I have to do a urine test, she denies, double checks, and says ohh you're right" and being the space case this woman is

I always go there for my blood tests and never had an issue so far. Lab is clean, nurses on time so nothing I can complain. Good services.

These folks have a demanding job these days and it’s important you come to your appointment with patience in hand.I normally have a terribly time getting blood drawn. This time, I hydrated a lot and walked to my appointment the blood draw was slow but she got me on the first try.That’s pretty excellent, IMHO. I will happily do this unpleasant business at this location again, because it was probably as smooth as it could have gone. I’m an anxious patient and they handled me well.I’m expecting a bruise because they had to draw for so long and could only get a shallow draw. These things happen and I understand my body is a challenge, and so it goes. Just happy it was done relatively easily!

I'm hate blood tests, and have a phobia of them (as well as needles) but the lady who did my test was kind, and comforting. She was quick and did a good job! She made the experience seem much better than I expected! Many thanks!!

I had written a bad review of this place but have since returned and it seems to have improved. Everyone is more friendly now and it was a much better experience. I really appreciate the effort to improve because it's so close to where I live.

This location of Life Labs is rather cramped. There are not many seats in the waiting area and when it is very busy, which it seemed to be every time I went there, sometimes people end up having to stand or go outside the door and wait in the hallway. I recommend booking an appointment online to avoid a long and potentially uncomfortable wait.

I had an excellent experience, everything was clearly explained. Very friendly.

I went to this location because of it's proximity to home but it is fairly small and cramped like one other review had mentioned. There was already a lengthy line up before the doors opened but they were fairly quick in processing people. My complaint is the size of the facility with it's tiny waiting area and no one told me about Lab Visit Number I could use to find my results on my ehealth. After waiting on the phone for more than 20 minutes, the lab visit number expires in 30 days so I can't get my results until the next lab visit which I'm not likely to need for quite some time. I'll have to return to the doctor's office to review my results. That said, I'm sure if something serious came up on the results, I would hope the doctor would have called.
