I went there for a hair cut and colouring. This is the 1st time I visited this barbershop. The design of this hair salon is old fashioned as it has been established for more than 20 years. Nevertheless, the hair stylist and the staff there are friendly and caring. They provided me with a portable charger proactively (I.e. I have not requested for it) when they saw my mobile phone was out of battery. The hair stylist is patience and understands my requirements; I got a nice hair cut that is perfectly match with what I want! Price is reasonable too.

This business does not have proper time management skills. I always make an appointment well in advance, but every time I arrive, the staff tell you to sit and wait - and each time the wait is 1-1.5 hours. This is not appropriate. Do not take appointments that you cannot fulfill.

Been going here for years, friendly service and very nice wash. Quality is fairly consistent, price is fair. Great COVID precaution measures too, I wore a fabric mask there and they advices that it might catch fallen hair so gave me a free disposable one. I always tip them for the good service

Did a quick drop by. Betty exceeded my expectations of any stylist and did an amazing job. I want to come back!

Don't let the sentimentally dated interiors fool you, I am in design and can get away with edgey and fun styles, and my hair cuts/styles have always been on point! I've had everything from japanese straight perm, regular perms, red hair, purple hair, rainbow highlights, to short buzz-cut pixie style, and Tony has always delivered!Been going here for years (almost 20 yrs)! Recently tried to a local place closer to where I live (Aurora) during COVID as it was closer and empty, and I had only regrets! So went back to Tony and he fixed the butchered style. SMH my own fault for going else where! (I've deviated a few times in our long history, to fancier/trendier looking salons" and never was satisfied

I was very disappointed and upset about my visit today. I was in the area to run some errands and scheduled some time to get a haircut. When I asked about the wait time, I was told 15 mins. I was good with that, so decided to wait. 45 mins later I was still waiting, and for some reason the lady that came after me was getting prepared for her haircut before me. When I asked how much longer I have to wait, and said that I don't have much time left to wait, I was told to come back another day. That is ridiculous! I already wasted 45 mins waiting there, and then was told to come back another day! Had I been given an honest answer about the wait time, I wouldn't have stayed. This was supposed to be a treat for myself. I wanted to get a nice haircut for Mother's Day (the next day). But by the time I was told to come back another day"

Love getting my haircut here with Tony. Great service with a hair wash for a reasonable price!

Had my first haircut ever and it couldn't have been better. Patty was so nice and kind and the cut exceeded my expectations.
