Just had the most uncomfortable experience. Ordering a double toasted tea biscuit, with a coffee. The acting team leader" was snark and bit off the cashier's head for not knowing you cannot double toast a tea biscuit. Then as she was wiping up the counter the "acting team leader" barrels in saying loud fine

My single order took 20 minutes to make, and was handed to me unbagged (it's always bagged??). Apparently I'm not allowed to ask for a bag, but the woman who ordered after me and got her food first is, though. My bag was tossed onto the counter infront of me and I was told that if I wanted one, I should specify when I order.

Some of the staff always act like they're above the students. From the snarky attitude to straight up yelling, Tim Hortons staff at Fleming need to be retrained when it comes to customer service

The staff is very rude, I went to the main queue instead of express beverage just because it was a short queue, and the staff was very rude to me. This is not the first time they have behaved rudely to me or my friends, they are always rude.

The girls here are great! Always smiling, happy, treat you with respect . And the only Tim Hortons in the area to carry my favorite bagel- jalapeño and my favorite tea- chamomile

I have moved to Peterborough recently and went to have french vanilla, but it turned out to be water vanilla, its not just only in one Tim Horton's, its all over Peterborough's Tim Horton's. all of their drinks are just water and sugar loaded, it doesn't taste good at all. I hope Tim Horton's management look into it. We don't want to have water drinks.
