2 people to look for in finding you next ride with Genesis!! (From my experience with this “store”-not a dealership) Sammy and Jinny (sorry if I bastardize your spelling) are great people to talk to. Very informative and helpful. Sammy has all the patience to spare while he was helping us. Opened the car and explained everything to us including my odd questions not just about the car/manufacturer of kind but to any other brands or dealerships. Never liked other brands other than Lexus/Toyota or Acura/Honda but because of Sammy, I’m slowly loving Genesis. Here’s the best part! Of all the great service Sammy has shown, he never expected us to buy anything or even put our name down to reserve. We did anyways. Since he helped us greatly! Look for them when you visit this fine place!

We had a great experience at Genesis Vancouver. My partner & I are planning to upgrade from our 2016 Hyundai Tucson to a new electric vehicle. We were introduced to Kuljinder Bains, the Genesis Experience Manager. He was well informed and provided us lots of detailed information about the new Electrified GV70. We didn’t know Genesis made vehicles of this calibre. We are very impressed on the styling & performance. We were limited on time to test drive but Kuljinder offered us to book a time for an at home experience drive to make sure the GV70 immerses into our lifestyle which I really appreciate.I highly recommend visiting the showroom here at Genesis Vancouver. Look forward to ordering our new Genesis Electrified GV70.

I just picked up my first EV today and I only have great things to say about the whole experience. Rinny was very quick to communicate, always tried her best to accomodate my last minute requests and many more. Anna was very knowledgeable about the car while going through the car with me. If you want a pleasant car purchasing experience, you need to go here and ask for Rinny and Anna!

Had a great experience from my Genesis Experience Manager—Anna Zhou ,she helped me through everything such as contacted me with all the updates, making sure everything went according to plan and made the experience amazing .She also helped me to pushed the deliver date a month ahead ,which I am very surprised I can have my car earlier.HIGHLY recommend her if you are buying a Genesis from here.
