My experience with them was not good. I am from regina ,I had two claims on my car one was hail damage and one was collision .First I approached to Chevy wheaton Albert Street for appraisal and they estimated around about 20000. 00 CAD for both claims but they were giving me appointment for fixation of both claims in September but I want to get my car fixed early.So I approached to Queen City Body Shop and asked when they could fix the claims.They committed with me that they could fix both claims in mid of July. I got transferred my claims with them but in July when I dropped off my car for fixautionbut after one week they phoned me that athey fixed only one hail damage claim and for the other claim they will fix later because they are waiting for parts and they told me that I can pick up my car for the time being.I told them that I came to you because you committed that you will fix the both claims all together but now you are not fulfilling your commitment and o also told them that my one claim is covered for rentalcar that is why I came to you for fixation of both claims.So they were greedy because they were getting good claims and trapped me wile lying and because of their act I would have to pay extra for rental car.

The team at Queen City Auto Body did a fantastic job on my car, inside and out. They went above and beyond, providing excellent customer service. Super friendly and great with communication! Highly recommend.
