Fundy Tide Runners Whale Watch

Good quality and really nice captain! I’m reading other reviews saying the boat is uncomfortable, but it’s a small boat so you should not go expecting a luxury set up, and be aware that you’ll be close to others. If you’re wanting a fancier cruise style ship or even a party boat style, then this is not the right company for you. For what it is, we absolutely loved it! Saw lots of whales and the captain had names for a few, as they were whales that came by a lot.

Captain Greg was amazing. We were able to see seals and whales on the tour. Plus have the opportunity to hold a 25lbs lobster. The tour was excellent and he went above and beyond. I would hugely recommend Fundy Tide Runners for your whale watching tour

Incredible day out on the bay of fundy. My body is sore, my face is wind burnt but early june we say minke whales, eagles, puffins and seals! Captain Andrew was so knowledgeable and even stayed out a bit later so we could see the minke. Even though we had to cancel the morning we were booked on ASAP (weather permitting). Highly recommend. Also my fellow fat people- not to worry about the safety suite, they have sizes that will fit and wont make you feel bad about it

Great experience with Fundy Tide Runners! Knowledgable captain on whales facts and information. Very quick to get to the areas of recently spotted Minke whales. Very good with children and a very welcoming environment and staff. Great energy all around!The Zodiac boat is a must! It is so smooth and such a fun ride. It's much faster and more agile. Very quick to the areas of Minke whale sightings. I've done whale tours on the west coast on larger boats and I enjoyed the Zodiac WAY more.Very much enjoyed the puns and dad jokes. What a blast! Serendipitously we experienced so much in our time out on the water. Beautiful weather, fun stories, and the Bay of Fundy teeming with marine life! Everyone we met here was friendly and kind. The whales, porpoise, seals and eagles were incredible to see from our speedy zodiac. We even had an intimate moment with two Minke whales. Highly recommend, in fact a trip to the East coast is incomplete without a whale watching trip, and Fundy Tide Runners is my top choice!

We had an amazing experience. Greg was our tour guide and was friendly, personable and was a wealth of information of all things about marine life and life around saint Andrew’s NB. We saw whales, seals, porpoise and a bald eagle. Greg made it his mission to make sure we were satisfied on our trip.So worth it!

Amazing tour of the bay of Fundy, seen some whales and sea lions !! Our captain was very knowledgeable about the different species. we also got to see some of the fisheries around the area , which our captain stopped to educate us about. It was an amazing experience!

Great tour, fun boat, beautiful experience. Great captain and the booking was smooth and pleasant. It's not just about whales; sure, we saw a few Minkes, but It's really more of a wildlife ocean safari on Passamaquody / Fundy Bay. We saw all sorts of wildlife, tuna, seals, porpoises, birds & fish etc. Thanks for the great time :)

I could not say enough great things about the team at Fundy Tide Runners. We walked in to ask about times and they told me the only room they had today was on a boat leaving in 15 minutes. We had the dog with us so I was contemplating whether or not I had time to run her back to the hotel and get on the boat.They offered to watch her while we went on the tour and had a Bernese of their own. Honestly couldn’t think of better customer service. (I don’t leave the dog anywhere but could tell she was in good care)We saw a lot of harbour porpoise and some larger whales, two bald eagle nests and a ton of beautiful shoreline/wild life.If you’re planning to do a whale watching tour and want a smaller, more intimate experience then look no further. The zodiac was also very stable, no need for a bit ship to keep the kids safe. You can still get on a smaller vessel and have a great, safe experience.
