Thank you Just like Family home care North Vancouver, that I belong to this company. I’m glad because the administrator and staff are very friendly, caring to their workers and clients, especially now a days we experienced difficulties and Trials because of COVID 19, you are always with us, helping many clients who are needed the most. Again thank you Jan and Yumina .

I just want to thank and acknowledge the company (Just Like Family Homecare) for giving me an opportunity to work with them and be able to help the many elderly people who needs care.

This company could not be more appropriately named. Our family urgently needed an overnight care aide at my dad’s bedside. Just Like Family, North Van office, worked with us and managed to get us care that night! They did a very thorough intake to ensure that the care they provided would be respectful and appropriate. I have worked with other companies and have never been asked so many questions and really appreciate the thoroughness. They continued to work with us for the next week, giving us daily reports on how the nights went and showing genuine care as to how my dad’s health was progressing. Our family can’t thank them enough for taking care of our loved one and helping us in one of the hardest times in our lives.

We have been clients of this agency for over one year when I started needing help to care for my ailing partner. I have nothing but praise for the help and care we received during this time.I had interviews with several care providers, but when I met Jan Bulan, the Director of Client Care, I knew we had found the service provider we wanted. Jan had a genuine interest in the welfare and needs of my partner and strived to find a suitable match of care giver. We are very happy with his choice and have a regular schedule with the same person at the hours and days of my choice. If I have to make changes it is no problem. In recent weeks I had need for overnight care and on occasion on very short notice. I can count on him doing his best at any time and especially in my hour of need. During the height of the COVID crisis, Jan called to make sure we are ok and checks from time if all is well.The care givers we met are compassionate, competent and helpful and fit the name of the company ‘Just Like Family Home Care’.

Just Like Family provided 24/7 care for my husband who left hospital and was waiting for a place in long term care. It was an extremely stressful time for us and Just Like a Family helped a lot. All care aides were compassionate, professional, and knew exactly what to do. In 5 weeks of care I had not one reason to complain.

Just like family home care provided amazing care to my Mom in her last two weeks of life.After leaving the hospital my Mother chose to have MAID administered. Those last two weeks of her life were a special time and my main caregiver Nona was exceptional. It allowed me to spend quality time with Mom and help me do the things I needed help with.It’s a difficult time to go through in life but when you have a caregiver to help you through that it is a truly invaluable help.Jan’s group of employees is excellent and was very helpful and flexible in organizing helpers and their schedules… thank you so very much!

I am proud one of the team justlikefamily, as my experience with all my clients and the family are kind . In regarding justlikefamily the management are well attend to there employees.
