Rising Star Day Care & O.S.C Ltd

Our 18 month old just started going attending day care here a few weeks ago. So far we love it! They provide all meals and snacks, including a daily hot lunch which is awesome! I love knowing that my LO will be getting a fresh hot lunch everyday.My LO is pretty delayed for her age which the staff and day care accommodates for. They allow her to stay in the nursery because she has yet to reach certain milestones - she just started crawling and still does not self feed or hold her own sippy cup - the staff help her out during feeding times.Due to her delays I was very worried about putting her into day care initially and is the reason why we did not put her in at a year old as well. My mind is now at ease dropping her off everyday because I trust the amazing staff there and I know she is in great hands.

One of the best daycares in Beaumont. Brand new facility with huge outdoor playground. My four year old has been enjoying the daycare so much that he wants goto it everytime we drive by it. Kids are also provided hot lunch. Which is a great incentive for us as parents.

My 3 year old daughter has been attending for almost a year and I couldn’t be more happier with this daycare.Not only are the staff AMAZING, but the facility is clean, tidy and organized.Their policies are always followed, their staff always attentive and caring and my daughter runs in happy and comes home content and exhausted from such a fun day every day.This is not just a daycare this is my daughters second home.I am extremely happy with both the facility and the reasonable fees, the staff and the program they follow.Five stars all around!!!!

Our overall experience here started out well but declined quickly. Our daughter was in the Kindergarten room where the kids were instructed to draw and colour all day. The staff in her room (primarily the same woman everyday) made little attempt to connect with the kids and opted to sit on her phone for most of the day. This staff member didn't organize or lead any activities outside of providing baskets of markers and construction paper for kids to use. Our child attended this facility for several months and the same staff member regularly made excuses as to why she wouldn't take the kids outside (this happened during the spring and summer as well). When the group DID have the chance to go outside one day and play at the park across the road (Champs Vallee school playground), this same staff member encouraged one of the girls in our daughter's group to relieve herself behind a tree near the playground despite her hesitation.Incredibly, this same staff member had no knowledge of childhood developmental milestones, educational programming or even what a curriculum" was. These are concepts and terms every ECE or daycare staff should absolutely be knowledgeable about.The director at this centre was made aware of these concerns via email involving the inadequacy of this staff member and chose not to acknowledge them. We cannot speak to the abilities and competence of other staff at this facility

Thank You Thank You to all the staff at Rising Star Daycare. This is my first time experience putting my kids in a daycare and I can honestly say that it was a great decision. My kids absolutely love it, they enjoy the many toys and activities offered at the facility. The hot meals provided is an added bonus and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
