Today, I had such a delightful experience at the WOW! shop inside the Centerpoint mall! It was quick, efficient but most importantly for me customer-centric: I don't mind waiting another minute if it will help me maximize my bill and overall value. Ashley. She's the one who encouraged me to walk in, when I phoned to inquire... Absolutely amazing! Maybe, I was just lucky today :) But I wish everyone such luck.She helped me out to switch from my existing mobile carrier in the most efficient, friendly and advantageous way!

Ashley was AMAZING. The staff here are knowledgeable and interested in getting you best deal for YOU. Not interested in upselling. Will ALWAYS use them. This is the 4th time I have gotten a plan or upgraded a phone with this company and I am ALWAYS satisfied. They are more knowledgeable than the staff of the stores which belong to the carriers themselves. I can't say enough good stuff.

Kathy, a fellow Filipino assisted me with my purchase. She's very accommodating and she even went above and beyond with her service by helping me correct some details for my Fido account. I got a new phone and I got 225 store credit and I was able to get Jabra Elite 4, phone case and screen protector.
