I was sent here while on CSST to find out more about who I was now and what I wanted to do and what I was comfortable with. The worker was very kind, patient and listened to me attentively. Her help was greatly appreciated and she truly wanted me to find a job I would thrive at and I believe despite our time together was short, what little we did manage together was fruitful.

Roberto Figueroa took the time to really understand the doubts I was having in my career and was really helpful in making me understand the options that I have and the steps that I can take to pursue these options. At the end of my sessions with him I had much more clarity and was much more confident in the possibilities for my future career. I would definitely recommend Enjeux Carrière if you are experiencing doubts or are unhappy in your career.

I worked with Nathalie Martin while in a difficult career transition and she was AMAZING!!!! She brought me into the 21st Century and helped update my resume to be in line with my new career objectives. She coached me on much needed stress management techniques, provided tools to prepare me for interviews and practiced various possible questions and answers with me. My counsellor was extremely helpful needing very little time to reorient me into the right direction. All was done during covid-19 isolation measures so we did our meeting through webcam but I didn't feel any hampering of the effectiveness of his services.He is really easy to feel comfortable with and has a great ability to understand one's needs and character. He is capable to ask the right questions and underline the key points on which one needs to assess.I loved my experience with him and would definitely recommend him to anyone in search of professional orientation.

I knew I was ready to leave a very good but unfulfilling position, but I was lacking the focus to make it happen. With Roberto's help, I defined the role that I was looking for, re-worked my CV and social profile, and developed more confidence in my skill set. The help Roberto has provided me with was so good, i don't even know where to start. First and foremost, i've had the chance to work with him twice now, and from the start, i already had the feeling things would go smoothly. Roberto is a very knowledgeable man who knows how to put his clients/patients at ease. Had a lot of trouble with stress/anxiety mainly caused by the way i viewed my work, and he helped me by providing me with the right tools to learn to deal with everything myself, without always needing the help of a counsellor. Once again Roberto, thank you so much for all you did for me, i am definately a new and improved person because of you! I would give more than 5 stars if i could.

The worst experience ever! If you want to waste your time and get nowhere this is the place. Zero stars is more precise of the level of service with this company. Roberto had no clue about the job market and was only talking in generalities. No specifics. Even when I warned him ahead of time of the job market I was aiming for he still was grossly unprepared and could not recommend me anything. He said “If you see a posting on Indeed and your gut feeling tells you it’s good then go for it.” By the end, he gave me recommendations from a general link that I could of googled myself and it was not even related to the market I am aiming for. Very unprofessional. Save your time and go else where.
