Please don't. Find other arrangements for tour chid (ren)After a couple of yrs in the program at a public school before school care new site manager decided to enforce rules not previously agreed upon by myself and previous manager to fit my needs. I never would have agreed to.them. I provided emails to verify this.After no notice of changing this they began billing me at full 5 day a week. (He attended 3)I was told I needed to select a pre set 3 days OR pay the full 5 days. My previous agreement was I could rotate the 3 days but never less. So even if he only attended 2 days I have.to pay 3. This is what I agreed toToday's Family did agree.to reverse thise charges for Nov 2020 and honor them for Dec 2020 but going forward I had.to secure all 5 days I didn't need. I let took this.all the way to management explaining my agreement with previous site manager and explaining I received no subsidies as most do there and pay full fee out of pocket. it ended with me giving notice. Sad as my son did like attending and even did summer camps and pd day program.I have been fighting since.for.proper final billing. It has.gone from 572$ to a final (and proper) amount of $262... Im not sure why such great accounting difficulties. This was not.the 1st time I had deal with accounting discrepancies. $310 difference is a large amount.I will mention their is frequent staff turnover in this company and once I gave notice door staff became very stand offish and un friendly.Please save yourself all the hassle. Go elsewhere!! Pumpkin Patch is much better organized & professional. They keep their staff and billing on point.

My son went to the daycare centre on greendale for 2 years and loved it. The staff were always friendly, caring and patient. The playground was nice and big and the food was cooked on site. Would recommend it to anyone.

I really hated this place with all my heart. But sadly all the other day cares were wait listen. Supervisors are horrible, my kids used to come home with bruises and scratches on their face and I am never told anything. They are the worst. Staff won't even talk to me when I drop off they ignore me. Someone should do something about it.

I have been with them for the past 8 years and only recently started having big issues with them. They overcharge, do not have any babysitters in desired areas and share private info with babysitters. It is very sad what is currently happening with the place that once was great. They do not work for parents and their children. They work in a collaboration with babysitters against parents and the kids. It is like if health care workers would work against patients. Unbelievably bad service. Sad, just sad.

Had an appointment here to register with a liecenced home child care provider. The organization is very efficient on the registration side of things, and very personable and caring. The daycare was bright, organized and clean. The infant room was filled with happy babies eating a healthy meal supervised. The outdoor area for the older toddlers and children was shaded and filled with fun activities. The kids all seemed content, independently playing.

Wonderful place for children, constantly support for teachers and supervisor.... I love it

A little confusion on her when she could start but other than that everything seams organized and development oriented

Both of my kids are in a daycare program with today's family. The eldest is in after school care and the youngest in full time. This is one of of not the best program in the city! They really take care of your kids and pay attention to their needs. Facilities are always clean and welcoming with very friendly staff. I highly recommend them for your child care needs.

The at home places I was sent to were awful. One of them was a woman who barely spoke English and it was in an apartment building. I was so disappointed. They gave me numbers of available at home day cares and everyone I called was full, meaning they just give you numbers of available places near you but dont actually check if there is room or not. In all it was a waste of time going through the process. Also most of the locations were in very low income and sketchy" areas where I wouldn't want my child to be in. I went to a proper establishment down the street and what a world of difference. Yes they are cheap but there's a reason for that. I'm not sure about the actual centre what it's like
