I was looking for a tie to match my kilt. This was proving extremely difficult to obtain. Ken at Dalgleish Kilts could not have been any more helpful. He was able to source the Scottish Spirit tartan material I required which is not easy to do. He made the tie for me and charged a very reasonable rate. I could not fault the quality of service I received and would highly recommend.

Absolutely hopeless. Hired a kilt after a careful discussion of size for my son coming in from abroad. Big stain on it making it unwearable. Had to hunt round Glasgow to buy one second hand for £30 in a panic. I'm offered £20 compensation. Who hires out an unwearable kilt, admits it shouldn't happen, and only offers £20? A slap in the face. What's their incentive not to repeat that and do it to you as well? They're happy as Larry, dirty kilt, clean kilt, who cares if your making a nice profit anyway. And they had the cheek to slag off their cheaper competition!

10/10 recommend! I’m from motherwell but my husband and I live in the states. We decided in Nov 22 to have a ceilidh wedding reception Dec 27th 2022 and needed kilts for not only my Scottish family members but my in-laws that were travelling from the states. Dalgleish Kilts were FAB in organising. They made it so easy to order kilts! Two American gentlemen were unable to be measured in store by them and Karen was extremely helpful in advising how to measure and picking the best kilt attire without seeing them in person. The kilts ended up fitting them perfectly!! Honestly goes to show Karen and the teams expertise. Everything arrived neatly and Dalgleish kilts were so timely and friendly! Couldn’t have had a better experience. I would recommend hiring them above all other kilts shops in the area! Other kilt shops in the area were too overwhelmed to help us find kilts.
