Should have never switched to this clinic. My doctor never remembers us or what's going on. Even if it's something we discussed the day before or if he was the one calling me to follow up then asks me what we're suppose to discuss... The front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional at all times. I'm a pretty pleasant person to deal with but that makes no difference to them, they don't need to be provoked to take their nasty attitude out on patients. They should replace their front desk staff with people who will actually answer the phones and treat patients with respect. If you don't want to work and you're a miserable person just go home where you're not going to bring other people down. I worked front desk for many years in a very large, busy dental office and I can tell you that even if a patient was being unpleasant and one of us spoke to or treated them the way these women do, we'd be reprimanded or fired. There was also no ignoring phone calls the way they do here. Yet we never had those problems because we actually cared about helping patients and cared about our jobs. Trust me, you want to go somewhere else!

Dr Leo is a fantastic Dr. So much care and consideration for his patients. Excellent bedside manner. Great with my 3 year and she always looks forward to her visit with him.

I was a patient of Dr.Coomaran, and was never informed of her departure from the clinic until I tried to book an appointment and she was no longer listed. I sent multiple emails inquiring about what my status was as a patient. Never got a response. I also went in twice to advise them to remove me as a patient from the clinic. And I still have not been removed. Terrible service.

Dr. A. Kumar is the best doctor I've ever had. He's great with my kids. Respectful, practical, knowledgeable and efficient Rarely running behind schedule. I would agree that it is hard to get through to the office via phone however I always seem to be able to get an appointment within 24hrs booking online. I almost don't want to give a review cuz I don't' want them more booked up.:)

The doctors are fine but the front office staffs are obnoxiously rude and condescending. They act as if they are busy and always hang off the phone when they ask you to hold. The doctors, need to speak with those girls or change them, they lack moral and professional ethics.

My niece is a patient of this women and I can honestly say she is one of the absolute worst physicians I have ever encountered. She obviously got into this field for the money as she could care less about her patients. Doctors are hard to find these days but I would rather visit walk-in clinics rather than having this pathetic excuse for a doctor come anywhere near me and my family. Shame on you!

This place never answers your calls. They explicitly say not to leave a voicemail. When you are finally able to book an appointment. They call you back extremely late. Our phone appointment was for 4:10pm. They didn’t call us back till 4:50pm. The doctor didn’t start by apologizing for running late or anything till I pushed to ask why they didn’t bother to call us. Reception should know if the doc is running late and contact us to let us know the doc is running late.

Just like every review here, we can not get in contact with the office. My husband was told by receptionist he would have to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment to renew his heart medication….he would have been dead by then. Our physician, Dr. Brannon has left this practice, and we have been left without any information and no way to get in contact with the office. The do NOT answer phones, and state they will not respond to voice messages. I am still awaiting results from a gastrobipas I had three months ago. This practice has zero care for health.

Victoria was rude and disrespectful. She gaslighted my wife and said her heart palpitations were psychological and that she needed to be on anxiety medication. After getting a second opinion from a different Dr, my wife has been diagnosed with a heart condition.
