The Cat Nanny Calgary @ Cat Central Station

I can not say enough great things about the Cat Nanny Calgary! They were able to help out at very short notice (On a long weekend!) and went out of their way to make sure my cat was well cared for. They provided daily updates and photos, and checked in to ensure I was returning as scheduled. I was truly impressed with their level of care and attention, and will be sure to be using this service in the future.

Extremely happy with The Cat Nanny! They take such great care of my fur babies! One of my kitties has diabetes and is on a pretty tight eating/insulin schedule; The Cat Nanny is so accommodating to that schedule. I never worry about leaving my kitties at home while I go away, I know they take such great care. My kitties are happy with the service too!

Could not be happier that I found the Cat Nanny service. We first used Angela last Christmas for our senior diabetic cat to be cared for while we were away. I could tell immediately how much Angela cared for cats and that she genuinely enjoyed taking care of them. We have used this service several times since then, and it is such a relief to go away and not worry about our fur babies. Regular updates are provided which is reassuring. Angela goes above and beyond, and cares for your cat as if it was her own. She was also very supportive and caring this summer when we had to put our senior cat down. Angela and the Cat Nanny service are wonderful!

The Cat Nanny was our first experience with an professional cat sitter. Referred by a friend, we knew our furry trio would be receiving the best care. Irish was fantastic! We received pictures and stories by email during her visit. We are beyond ecstatic with the service we received and would highly recommend the Cat Nanny to anyone nervous of leaving their kitties in the hands of a cat sitter. 3 furry thumbs up!

Irish and her team house sat my 17 year old Turkish Angora for two months (December-January). One cannot understate how much this woman did! She has a wealth of experience and knowledge but more importantly she radiates love for cats. Turk took ill a week before I returned and she took it upon herself to bring him to a vet, allow him to homestay at her place while in recovery and attended to him by making purchases of food, treats and toys to accommodate his well being.It truly takes a special individual to have done all this for my boy.Thank you Irish, Eden, Nat.Mike R

I have had The Cat Nanny come feed my cat many times since she was a kitten. They do a fantastic job and make sure that your cat is loved and cared for while you are away! They make an effort to get to know your cat and spend time with it while they are feeding. Tinkerbell does not like everyone and takes a bit to warm up but she does like her Cat Nanny :) I would highly recommend them when you are in need of someone to come a feed your four legged furry pets!

Irish has been looking after our cats for many years. There is nobody else we would trust more. She cares for them as though they are her own. Sure, you could hire someone to feed and scoop the litter if you are away, but Irish goes above and beyond by giving them the love and attention they would be missing. She plays with them, brushes them, and rearranges toys to change the environment for a bit of excitement. We miss our cats terribly when we are away so she sends us photos so we can see what they are up to - these are always accompanied by a funny caption and give us something to look forward to each day. She also pays attention to everyone’s health and has given us many helpful tips over the years to ensure their well being (e.g. managing constipation, healthy diet advice, etc.). She has even helped us through some behavioral / redirected aggression issues with two of our cats (which has since resolved) and was more than willing to accommodate their unique needs when we had to leave town - this included keeping them in separate rooms and switching them daily to start a gradual reintroduction. Our older cat was recently diagnosed with renal failure and Irish gave us much needed emotional support and even offered to help us administer subcutaneous fluids while adhering to pandemic safety guidelines. I honestly cannot express how grateful we are to have found Irish. She provides us with peace of mind that our cats are in capable and loving hands. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy person to care for your beloved animals while you are away, I recommend Irish without hesitation.

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars to The Cat Nanny, I would without any hesitation! Irish has been looking after my senior cat when I am away for many years and I cannot recommend her services more highly. I truly feel lucky and grateful that I found such a caring, knowledgable, trustworthy, and reliable cat sitting service (after having been a customer of other services). Trust me when I say that your feline family member(s) could not be in better hands while you are away! I appreciate the daily texts/pictures to let you know how your cat is doing and I can tell my cat really enjoys the company. Irish is so knowledgeable about all things feline, that she has provided great advice/recommendations for my cat over the years (e.g., when my cat was developing a skin irritation/condition). Medications? Not a problem - you can rest assured your cat will get their daily dose! There have been several times when I have had to leave the city for several days without notice and Irish has always been there to look after my cat. I cannot thank her enough. Though my cat is getting quite old, I feel such peace of mind to know that, even if something were to happen while I was away, she would be in the best possible and compassionate hands. And that is the biggest peace of mind a pet owner can have. If you can secure The Cat Nanny's services in Calgary, consider yourself very, very lucky.

we have a non-snuggly neurotic cat and were not at all worried about leaving him in their care. very respectful of his space and needs.

I always worry about my cats when I go away but when I met the cat nannies at our meet and greet before I went away my mind was put at ease. They recognized my one cat was unsure and respected her space and another cat that is usually standoffish to strangers was all over them!! The first photo I got when I was away was my standoffish cat rolling around in her jacket...... obviously very comfortable!!! Would recommend them to anyone!!
