I needed my school ring resized to a full size bigger. This company was fast, as less than 24 hours later I picked up the ring, and it was impeccably done! Will most definitely go back to them for future jewellery repairs!

I recently got engaged in Japan. My fiancé surprised me with a custom made engagement ring that we have been designing together with the people at the Jeweller's Bench. The goldsmith did an amazing job and I am still in awe over the ring. It was exactly what I wanted and more! I am so pleased with the workmanship and highly recommend others to seek this gem of a family business in Cochrane!

Had my wedding set resized here. They did an amazing job at a great price! Also they had them ready for pick up the next day !! ( don’t go to the other place in town. They are a rip off.)I’ll only go here from now on !

Fast, and friendly service with great prices on repairs, or new watches. I went in looking for a watch battery. They had me in and out in 10 minutes. I recomend this business

This place is amazing! I just went to get my Fossil watch battery change & my granddaughter's watch link reduce & battery change. I went in as a walking, i was helped asap, the service is prompt efficient & affordable, Jasmine was incredibly helpful, I will definitely be coming back & referring people here as per the jewellery selection is beautiful. & the service is very nice with smiles and welcoming aditude. Good luck opening the other store.!

Excellent service. They offer great friendly advice for gifts, and do all sorts of repairs - from broken links to clasps, or worn prongs on ring settings. The owner also makes beautiful custom designed jewelry.

My husband recently upgraded my 13-year-old wedding band that lost a small diamond and this place did an absolutely beautiful job. The service was fantastic as well. Highly recommend this local, family owned business :)

Probably won’t go back- felt a bit nickled and dimed. $15 to tell me you were unable to fix my watch, still not knowing what’s wrong with it? I understand businesses need to make money, but was unwilling to be flexible with charges, and did not quote beforehand. Love supporting local businesses but go somewhere with better service.
