Great location, very convenient to shop! The girls at Willow park are very friendly and more then willing to go over and beyond to help find all your needs if it is for swimming lessons for your children, or vacation with the husband they have it all! Very pleasant experience.

Not what it used to be. I came in to find help with fit and have always appreciated the advice of the staff. Unfortunately today I was left in a room for an hour. Only once was I given a size. Two more times I came out fully dressed looking for styles and sizes. Completely ignored by staff. At the end I decided on two suits, but unsure of sizes. Still no help just told how busy they are with a new staff training. When dropping nearly $300 I expected more. You made me feel unworthy of your time. I only bought as I’m departing in 2 days for holidays and was getting desperate. I’ve shopped at Swimco for years but will look elsewhere next time. Beyond disappointed.

Went in boxing week and we were met with smiling faces. All the girls were eager to help us out even though it was super busy in there. Smaller store. We are so happy there is a swimco in Willow park now we live in the area and shop there often. The girl at the cash desk even took the time to check the other locations for swim trunks for my husband with a line up , well done!

Praise is amazing! She was so Knowledgeable and her energy was so lovely! I have only ever worn black clothing and I ended up purchasing a beautiful bright blue one piece that I love. I can’t thank you enough for your help and kindness Praise. I had such a wonderful experience.

buyer beware - most of their suits aren't recommended for pool water.For a company based in Calgary (nowhere near the ocean and too cold to swim in a lake most of the year), they neglect to inform people that most of their suits are fashion suits" and aren't meant to go in a pool. 160 dollar swimsuit worn weekly for 8 weeks to my kids swim classes totally ruined. when I asked for an exchange they informed me that most of their suits aren't designed for chlorine (something they neglected to mention when I bought the item). Tried calling customer service who accused me of wearing it to pools with "high chlorine levels" (I swim at the YMCA)

Not a lot options to choose from. Tried 4 but only one fits properly.$100 per one piece swimsuit suit is very expensive. Service was excellent. This is why i give 4 stars.

I've always been a huge fan of Swimco and they continue to wow me with their customer service, brand expertise and general knowledge. I visited the new Willow Park location as I was going on a trip and needed a few last minute things. Maddi was quick to help and didn't skip a beat with any of my questions. They had everything I needed! I will definitely continue to make Swimco my number 1 stop.
