Corina is amazing!!! She is thorough, responsive, and kind. Throughout the mortgage renewal process, she made sure to explain everything to us and communicated promptly. She was able to get us a great mortgage rate and was even able to get a lower one partway through! We had a bit of a tight timeline and she made it work, all while never making us feel rushed. Amazing experience with Corina! My family and I had been looking for a cottage for years. One day, the perfect cottage with an affordable price (finally) was listed. We looked at it the next day and were told there were 2 other offers. The next day I called Corina at 8am and explained how we had to make an offer within 24 hours. She made us a priority and went right to work. Thanks to her, we had our financing ready to go by the end of the day, made our offer, and got the cottage the next morning! At no point did she act uninterested or frustrated that we have her such a small window to work with (unlike the bank who seemed frustrated with us and even tried to talk us out of buying a cottage - before we even found one we liked). I highly recommend Corina!
