C F Petro Propane

We are new to the use of propane having lived in the city of Kingston where we had natural gas whose supply was continuous and where consumption did not need to be measured to plan deliveries. We recently checked the one gage we were tall enough to read on our propane tanks and called the company with our concerns about insufficient quantities for this unusual cold snap. One of their staff showed up at 8am the following morning on his way to work to check our gage and noted that we were at 10% capacity. He organized a delivery for the following day without hesitation. We cannot say enough about the service quality we have experienced. With temperatures at -21, this was a life saver. After searching for someone to help us with installation, nobody wanted to put the effort to help me. I am so happy I found this company! Howard was very knowledgeable and friendly, you can’t find good people like him these days. I’m very impressed with his workmanship and communication. You have gained a loyal customer.

Worst service and attitude you can get! Don't waste your time with them. Been calling for three weeks trying to get tanks filled, no one shows, rude on the phone keep saying they are coming, same BS everytime. Switch companies these guys are brutal.

If you value your time and your sanity you will not deal with this company. We waited 6 weeks for them to show only to be told they didn't have the supplies and weren't ready to work.

These guy are great have no problem with them over the 30 years for anything.

Between 2 guys sitting around in the office, 1 guy wandering around smoking (!) in the office, 1 guy pumping from the truck to the tank, and 1 manager who wasn't on site but was reachable by phone, they could not figure out how to sell me a 33lb forklift/zamboni tank. Other than yeah

Just moved into a house with propane service with these people. An entire tank of propane gone in 15 days and we smell propane leaking. They came today checked the tank said it want their equipment leaking BUT previous owner was calling them every 15 days complaining about the same thing. The smell comes from the top of the tank

What a terrible company. Every fill on my tank has been called in with my house cold and out of propane. I've tried getting an appointment to have the tank removed and never get a return call. Absolutely appalling customer service.

I am so glad there are still companies like C F Petro Pro who provide outstanding customer service. We have been happy customers since we moved to the South Frontenac area in 2012.Keep up up the great work folks. You are putting the other propane companies to shame.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Slow, lazy and rude. I've been a weekly customer (out of convenience) for three years now and they would rather argue with a customer than do their job. Give your money to another company, this one doesn't deserve a dime.
