It's worn, the seats are torn and the bathroom was a mess. It's just dirty and the ownership is responsible not the staff. At they show up to work. Clean your business establishment.The food is not specific to this store, it's the processing involved and the lower quality of the food being served.

Very very extremely unhygienic special since we all went through covid ... Ppl must know the importance of cleanliness by now ... No paper towels .. and worse of all when we tried to order there were only 2 reps working n seemed like they were not interested to take any orders coz we all were standing in a big line but they were busy doing their own stuff other than attending us. So end up not ordering anything coz we waited for more than 20 just to order coffee... Would never recommend this location

I had ordered through uber eat and my 2 egg belt that I ordered 1 with lettuce and tomato no cheese and second one without lettuce tomato and cheese, guess what they added all to egg belt my daughter and myself didnt ask for cheese and it was added.This is not it yet I also ordered 2 creamy chill it had an option to select from uber app it didnt come so they subtracted money, but as I did get ice cappacino and it was spilled, and 4 chocolate dip donuts were smooshed! Most of the food got wasted! Im very disappointed, i did complain uber head office they have refund me back but I really wanted to share my experience at this location. Also in this location theres only 1 person running this place and adding stuff or missing stuff is often was happening .. she cant run this store by herself, I was very very disappointed with her service. it did not only happend today, it happened many times before and today I had to speak out, I dont know why im rating this store 1 star, this store dont deserve any rating!Dont miss out on uploaded pictures I have added! Very good quality pics

The girl who served was wearing gloves using on meat and with the same glove serving beverages. It contaminated my lid with the meat she touched. I observed her wearing same gloves to serve many people. I couldn't drink my coffee as I don't eat meat. She needs training to take off gloves after making sandwiches and serving meat products.

Fantastic taste, although with just ONE employee working and managing the entire store - absolutely crazy wait times ! Hats off the the female employee who’s still serving every customer with a smile and going beyond !The managers, owners need to look into this , loosen up their pockets and TAKE CARE OF THE EMPLOYEES! The work culture at this location is suicide!

The worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. They had specialty items that you can't get at new Tim Hortons. There was an eggshell in my Sasuage Belt and my ice coffee was all base

I go this location everyday before I go to work. Every time I walk in they k ow my order right away. On the weekends when I go in they know I need o ly one coffee and they k ow exactly what it is. Always greeted with a smile and starts my day off great because of the employees

Very slow location… waited almost 20 min for my food, the soup I got was watery and gross, coffee was not fresh at all. The bathroom are very dirty. Treys are all empty everything looks old and crusty. HOW IS THIS LOCATION OPEN?!!! I will be escalating this. I want a refund asap. Called the customer service line and they are all not helpful.
