I called to book an appointment for a windshield chip I got a hour prior. I figured they were closing soon. So book on my next day off. I was told if I was close to come now. They were at the door ready to take my keys. The store was closing 20 min after I called. Chip repaired and good conversation at the front end. All done before the doors were closing. Excellent job guys. Thank you!

For the most part Ben's Auto is a great place. All in all I feel like they do a great job. I give 4 stars only because they wouldn't take responsibility for some warranty work on some windows they installed in a house I recently purchased. Their explanation was that the company that they bought the windows from went out of business. To me that shouldn't matter - they should still be responsible for it as that was part of what was paid for when purchasing and getting them installed. Bygones as they are all subsequent visits were great. Even when getting a crack fixed in my windshield they went ahead and spotted and fixed 3 more chips that I didn't even know were there. If the last few experiences here are anything to speak of I will continue to bring my business here.

Amazing service. They were very proffesional. I had to get my windshield resealed, They did an amazing job, Looks beautiful like its a whole new window. Cleaned and vacuumed my car as well. Very very impressed with the workmanship. If you reading this then you don't need to look any further, these are the guys.
