Levi's Outlet Store

The store deals were amazing, however stuff we’re not very welcoming. Yesterday evening and this evening’s shopping was horrible. No sense of marketing to most of the stuff. I was there at around 7:30ish twice in a row, I thought the first time I was there the stuff who helped was just having a bad day. However, most of the stuff were very snobby. As for selling, the stuff was not helpful as she was not sure if the item was on special or not. My overall experience with the store was a nightmare. Their manager named Maud was letting her crew talk to each other in one corner rather than helping customers. Also there were not greetings or whatsoever how a good customer service attitude every crew members should have. I’m never coming back to this store again. I do really hope you re-train them and hire more crew who will be more engaging in providing a better customer service and marketing strategy.

The staff is nice, but when I went to pay my shopping around 1:20 p.m I used the dataphon to type my key of my card, aftet I ask the person in front of me who was the manager for small amounts fo sanitizer and her answer was that I souped to go to the one is on the gate of the store because that one was only for the staff. My suggestion after small discussions about the service was to get one for the customer beside, she didn't like my request her attitude wasn't kind but she gave me the small amount of sinitizer.

Awesome experience !! The staff was really helpful and welcoming. The store was about to close still they let me try clothes often. I recommend this levis store at marché central.

Beware if your jeans fall apart because of a loose thread, they will not help you out if it’s a day past 30. Poor quality control for “Levi’s”…

Good customer service. Really appreciate the attention and guidance provided by the sales rep to each and every customer, walking over in details about the offers and promotion .

The store manager is very very rude and impolite. She asked clients to not touch anything in store, so how it is possible to see the shirts or pants look like. She wants to kick clients out if you are not looking at something specific and speaks aggressively. She also yelled at her own employee, she has an attitude problem. But, the employees are ok.

Good store. They have an offer going on for a pair of jeans at 140 CAD.

i came to buy some jeans, and i am super picky. the kind and helpful staff members helped me picked the perfect jean !! good bilingual service and they were very accommodating. thank you levi’s!!

Great deals for real Levi's jeans. Staff are friendly and professional. They don't always have my size, that's the only thing keeping me for giving a five. Everything else is perfect. Clean store, discounts, courteous salesman.
