Awesome service, Kind, knowledgeable! I took my car in to fix a botched job by Crystal Glass, they took a look, gave me full control of what was happening, let me drive in, checked it out, wasn’t fixable because crystal Glass sealed it. But they were awesome tho! Great job guys, I just wish I took my vehicle to you first. Definitely coming back!!!

We were on a camping trip pulling our trailer when our truck started to loose power and the icon for maintenance appeared on the truck screen. After pulling to a stop I called Drayton Valley Ford. We were told to bring it in and they would diagnose the problem. When we arrived someone came out immediately and the vehicle was looked at. The problem was explained and the cost estimated. They were able to start on it right after we parked the trailer. It was fixed the next morning and it was even lower that the estimate. Great service and we would highly recommend this dealership.

A great place to take your car in for services or repairs. Mechanics take pride in their workmanship, and make sure you will be driving safely down the road for when you leave. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, I always feel welcome at Drayton Valley Ford. Highly recommend.
