Decent dim sum, terrible service.Wait time and questionable business practices:This place is extremely frustrating with their extremely long wait times (over an hour and a half from the reservation time) despite having a reservation. Disappointingly, seating priority is given to their restaurant regulars who may or may not have reservations; a tactic that disrespects those that wait in order of arrival.Food:Overall the food is ok. Flavours are a hit or miss depending on what is ordered. Things may have been less appealing due to the bad start prior to getting seated. Pricing is on the mid to higher range.Setting:The restaurant appears to be tidy for the most part.Parking:Free parking in the lot and street.Timing:Do not recommend coming here during peak hours or on weekends.

Typical Chinese restaurant with the classic dishes. We booked a table in advance and we’re immediately taken to our seats upon arrival. The interior is clean and modern with nice lighting.Food is mid but portions are quite generous. At the end of the meal, we were given complimentary red bean soup, green tea mochi rolls, and little biscuits.

Really great Chinese food! In a fancy ambience as well. Beef in black pepper sauce was definitely a standout item.

We four went to this restaurant on 5 Sept 2022. It’s been long waiting but food tastes is ok. At the end they quickly wrapped up our chopsticks bowls plates … and gave us the bill asking us to pay. But it was supposed to have a desert 榴蓮 sweet according to their policy. So we asked, then the sweet were put on the table as the photo showed. All our utensils were gone that time. I asked the lady how to eat, she said use your hand! Can you believe it? She’s very angry when I asked very bad attitude that I still would like to complain here after so many months passed. I complained to a waiter he said that lady was a relative of the boss. Be fair! This is not acceptable!

This place is quite average. The food is good, but needs some polish to be commendable. Presentation of food in particular needs work. The menu is rich with options and I did find the pork to be fantastic. However, the atmosphere and service are just not strong enough to make up for this restaurant's shortcomings.

Lived in the area for years but never eaten here, big mistake as the food we had for lunch was great. Everything was cooked properly and very tasty, the chicken feet and squid fantastic. Busy but we had prompt service from the staff and we did not feel rushed.

Came during king crab season, and my guests loved it!I was the only mandarin speaking person in my group, but no one had issues communicating with the restaurant staff in english.However there was a miscommunication at the time of my phone call when I made reservations: I had requested the tapioca pie dessert as its required to be ordered a few days in advance, but when we arrived, they said there were no notes about my request so we did not get to have the dessert I wanted. The complimentary desserts provided were good though, almond cookies were my favourite.

Recently went to the king crab special, 299 for one king crab two ways. The king crab was really good and freshly prepared. The only issue is that the fried rice is an add on, not included in the special deal.
