Horrible service. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Very long wait time, unknowlegeable staff, and huge line ups. I waited for so long to be told the service they’re SUPPOSED to provide, they don’t.Coincidentally, the manager is away on vacation, AND the lady I was speaking to was in charge (who didn’t know anything about the inquiry). I would not recommend this location.

Went here for my health card. I am lucky I had an appointment. There was so many people waiting and the queue was very long.The stuff was very professional and helpful.The only con was the parking. The place itself had none. I had to use one of the restaurants.

Consistent Service Ontario level of customer service just like elsewhere. Rude staff.Good part: Has parking/easily accessible via TTC. Smaller lines on weekdays.

Although I spent 2 hours here, I kind of expected it. The line was a bit long since it's the one of the locations that is open on weekends. Service is quick once you have all your documents needed in hand.

Lined up @ 9:20 for simple health card & driver license renewal, as new photo is required, thus unable to renew online.Chinese lady whose served me was very quick, efficient & courteous; the whole transaction was completed in less than 3 minutes.Commend your office for being very organized & professional. Even Dealer's counter was opened to serve the public, due to long line.Well Done, Good Job. Thank you.

One of the worst service Ontario I have ever been to. The people here need to be better trained to be more polite and understanding. While I was waiting in line I could hear them be rude and blunt to so many elder people who had trouble understanding them.They don’t care about anything. They have signs saying we don’t tolerate abuse but they are extremely rude them self. 100% need better training. Will try and escalate a complaint as much as I can.

The worst experience ever. I waited for over 30 minutes to be told they don’t do any notary services. The lady had no idea what she was doing or saying.Unfortunately no one is reading these reviews because the service provided in this location is horrible, and it’s always a line up. I would not recommend this location!

Wow this place is absolutely disgusting. The floors are caked in dirt and grime. There is buildup around poles and at the edges of walls and counters. The worst part is by far the smell, a repulsive aroma of body odor and whatever has been growing on the floors.

The lady asked me for passport and driver's license while applying for photocard. I told her i dont have any thats why im applying for photocard. I only brought marriage cert, birth certificate, and citizenship cert. She said thats not enough.
