Because 0 stars is not an option, to have all of those cars towed that were parked along your fence on raptors parade day, was absolutely shameless! Not understanding the moment of today really shows the type of people you are. My car was parked for 5 hours before it was towed at 1:30, which means you were affected by the cars almost all day anyhow, whether you decided to have them towed or not! Not only did you make a poor business decision in doing this you made a poor human decision. $400 later! Hope you enjoyed watching the cars get towed for 6 hours today instead of working, because I’m sure that is exactly what you did

As a Landscaper we deal with many different suppliers, customer service to us is a priority as our customer expects us to provide the answers to their questions on product and delivery. Our many experiences with Lynn and all the employees at Cap Brick has always exceeded our expectations! Recently we had our customer go to their store to pick out the paving stone they would like us to install and our customer was very happy with the time Cap Brick employees spent with her to choose the stone. Once our landscaping company placed the order with Cap Brick on custom paving stones, Lynn followed the order with Uniblock for delivery details and informed us twice per week on the progress of our order! Not only was our custom pavers on time, but we also were made aware of the delivery day and time so we could keep our customer informed also. Many thanks to Lynn and all the employees at Cap Brick for their professionalism and for making us also professional to our customer who now is very happy with the Unilock stone installation. Customer service is difficult to find these days......Cap Brick will exceed your expectations when you visit and they truly want to earn your business. Thank you Cap Brick, for serving the community of Burlington, for so many years...You guys were the sponsor of so many sports teams over the years, taking part in this community as it grew.Cap Brick was sponsor of our rep soccer team, and many, many other youth sports programs over the years.Your long serving operation in town here, deserves praise, and a round of applause for all that you have done for the community.For those who wrote the 1 star reviews, as result of getting your vehicle's towed, from the property of Cap Brick, on the day of the Raptor's Championship parade...Your childish approach to smear one of Burlington's sparkling operations, due to fact that shipments coming in and out, require the driveways that you all decided to park on, is pretty low.What would you have done, of it was your business, and you couldn't produce as result of total numpty's, making a poor decision to park where clearance for shipping was required?Some things are changing too fast in the City of Burlington, while its business as usual for others.All the best Cap Brick!!Thanks again for being so helpful within the community of Burlington, and our Youth!

Absolutely would not return, first time customer and it was terrible. The stone I ordered for a time specific product was back ordered but I only found out the day before I was supposed to pick it up and only because I called to get a specific pick up time. So I had to order stone elsewhere because I was told their stone would be weeks but no promises. I picked up mason bond from them to use. I was thinking I needed maybe 2 bags the guy on the phone tried to sell me 4 bags so I ended up going with three. I used two bags had a perfectly fine unused 3rd bag and was told I couldn't return it. Was told on the phone by the owner basically maybe if I spent more he'd return it. Hamilton Builder Supply is much better, go spend your money there. I know it's only one bag and it's only like 25$ but it's the point of being upsold then stuck with it. Not to mention I called to talk to the guy and I kept getting I'll get him to call you" took a week and I finally called and got a hold of him."

After searching numerous locations to match a brick and only being told I had to special order an entire skid, I had success finding what I needed and the ability to purchase the amount I needed. Excellent service, left no stone or brick unturned. Will definitely come back for future projects.

Had a great experience here today. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that took the time to answer all of my questions. Purchased all my stone here and recommend them very highly. Give them a visit for all of your stone, landscape, soil mulch and outdoor needs as you won't be disappointed.

I just wanted to say that you are horrible people for towing cars that were not in the way on the side of your property near the Burlington Go station on Raptors parade day. I’m a single mom and I was on my way into work! Now I’m faced with a $400+ charge to get my car back. You can bet I’ll be telling everyone who will listen never to buy from you! You have zero customer service skills and you have deliberately and maliciously alienated past (never again) clients. Shame on you!!! I will also be telling the Burlington Post and and other media outlets.

Very knowledgable staff. They helped me choose the best products for my project, calculated quantities with great accuracy, and provided a lot of support.

This place is great! I had reservations initially because not all of their products and prices are shown on their website which is how I usually shop. But it is super easy to call them up. I've ordered from them a few times now and I find the sales people super helpful. I also think their prices are great even compared to some of the big box stores, and the quality is better. Highly recommend!

Not sure why I have not reviewed this before. This is my favourite place to go stone shopping and have been going here since 2009. Great prices on most materials, staff is very helpful, and friendly. Don and Lynn are very knowledgeable on the products!
